Ch. 29

*6 years later*
*Sophia's POV*

"Olivia, please finish your dinner." I said.

Olivia sat on her knees and crossed her arms. "I don't like it, Mommy." She pouted.

I looked at Austin and he smiled. He reached over and pushed Olivia's plate towards her. "Livy, please eat. Mommy worked hard to make this for you."

Olivia pouted. Her big brown eyes, exactly like Austin's, turned to me. Her blonde hair was messy. I smiled and moved her hair out of her face. "If you don't eat then you can't have ice cream."

She looked at Austin and climbed into his lap. She wrapped her arms around his neck. "Daddy, I don't want ice cream. I just wanna give our surprise to Mommy."

Austin laughed and looked over at me. I smiled and took her plate. "Fine, Livy. You win. But only because you've been such a good girl lately."

She smiled at me and kissed Austin's cheek. "I won, Daddy!"

He smiled and kissed her nose. "Why are you so cute?"

She grinned and her dimples showed. "Because I look like Mommy."

I laughed and picked her up. "That's my girl."

Austin stood up and put our plates in the sink. He turned back to us and smiled at Olivia. "Go get the surprise."

Olivia wiggled out of my arms and ran upstairs. I smiled at Austin. He came over to me and wrapped his arms around me. "How'd we get so lucky?"

I layed my head on his chest and closed my eyes. "She is pretty amazing, huh."

Austin chuckled.

Olivia came running into the kitchen, running right into Austin. She bounced off his leg and fell down. She smiled at me. "Close your eyes!"

I sat down and closed my eyes. Olivia grabbed my hands and slipped a piece of paper in them. "Open!" She yelled. "I drew you a picture!"

I opened my eyes and looked down at the picture. It was a drawing of me and Austin. I was wearing a wedding dress and Austin was eating cake. I smiled at the drawing.

I looked up and gasped. Austin was down on one knee, smiling at me. Olivia stood next to him, bouncing up and down, smiling.

I smiled. Austin smiled bigger. "Sophie. I love you so much." He said, taking my hands. "I've loved you since the second I looked at you. I knew right then and there that I wanted to spend the rest of my life with you." He kissed my hands. "You've made me so happy. You make me smile and laugh and feel like I've never felt before." Olivia came over and layed her head on my leg. Austin smiled at her. "You gave me this beautiful little girl. You've given me almost everything I've ever wanted." He looked at Olivia and held out his hand. She giggled and put a beautiful diamond ring in his hand. He looked back up at me. "Sophia, I only need one more thing from you, and then I'll have everything." He kissed my hand. "Please, Sophia, will you marry me?"

I smiled and kissed him. We were both crying by this point. Austin kept kissing me.

Olivia shook my leg. "Mommy! You have to say yes!"

I laughed and looked at Austin. "Yes, baby. Yes, a million times."

He slipped the ring on my finger and stood up, pulling me up with him. He picked Olivia up and we all hugged. Austin kissed me and Olivia kissed my cheek.

I smiled and looked at Olivia. "Wanna give Daddy his surprise now?"

She smiled and jumped from Austin's arms. "Daddy, sit down."

Austin smiled and sat down. I sat on the table next to him. He held my hand and watched Olivia reach into my purse and pull out an envelope. She came back over to him and handed it to him. "It's a picture." She said. Austin took it and looked up at me. I smiled.

Olivia climbed into his lap and opened the envelope. Austin pulled out the piece of paper and smiled. His eyes filled with tears and he looked up at me. "Really?"

I smiled and nodded. Olivia pointed to the ultrasound picture Austin held in his hands. "That's a baby, Daddy." She smiled up at him. "Mommy's having a baby."

Austin smiled and kissed Olivia's cheek. She took the picture and slid off Austin's lap. He stood up and smiled at me. "This is real, babe?" I smiled and took his hands.

"Of course it's real." I put my hand on my belly. "I'm four months along."

He grabbed my face and kissed me, passionately. He pulled away and kissed my forehead. "I love you, Soph."
