When I woke up, I was in the same position that I was when I went to sleep. The only thing different was that I felt like shit. I had a terrible headache, and thought I was going to throw up.

I sat up, accidentally waking up Sam.

"S-Sorry for w-waking you up," I said, putting my head in my hands.

"Are you okay?" he asked me, concern washing over him.

"Y-ya I guess." I said, trying to stand up, but Sam didn't let me.

"What's wrong?"

"I just have a headache," I said, even though I didn't just have a headache.

"Let me get you a glass of water, I'll be right back," he said, then went to the kitchen.

I laid down and put my hands over my face. What was wrong with me? I was completely fine last night.

Sam came back with a glass of water and I drank it, but it didn't help me at all.

"I'm gonna go to the bathroom," I said, beginning to feel dizzy. Sam said okay and I stood up. But before I could start walking, everything went black.

Sam's POV

When I got Alyssa some water, I thought about what was going on. She was completely fine last night, I just don't understand.

I gave her her water, and she drank it right away. Then she said she had to go to the bathroom. I nodded and she stood up. But then she fell to the floor.

"Alyssa? Alyssa?! Oh my God, Alyssa are you okay?" I said as I tried to wake her up. But she wouldn't wake up.

I yelled her name a few more times, but she didn't wake up. Kristen and Malaya came rushing in, wondering what was going on.

"What the hell? Sam, what did you do?" yelled Kristen.

"I didn't do anything! She just fell!" I yelled back in panic.

Malaya went downstairs to tell the workers and Kristen called 9-1-1.

Soon the paramedics arrived and took her to the hospital.

I couldn't stand not knowing if she was okay or not, so I drove to the hospital, not caring how much trouble I would get into. She was my girlfriend, and I needed to be there for her.

When I got to the hospital, I waited for an hour in the waiting room, until I couldn't take it anymore.

I went up to the front desk and asked the lady if I could go see her.

"What relation are you?" she asked.

"I'm her boyfriend, and I really need to see her. Please let me up," I said, impatiently.

"I'm sorry, but I'm only supposed to let family up," she said.

"Please, I really need to see her," I insisted. She finally said okay, but my time was limited. She told me Alyssa was on the second floor, in room 202.

I got to the room, and she was either sleeping, or still unconscious.

A nurse walked in and I went and asked about Alyssa.

"Is she okay?" I asked.

"Ya, she's fine. We don't really know what happened, but we think it might be the flu or something." she said, then left.

I walked over to the hospital bed Alyssa was laying on and took her hand in mine and waited for her to wake up.
