Eli's POV

Pagkalabas namin ng kwarto n'ya ay nakahinga ako ng mabuti. Salamat naman at nailayo na ako sa gagambang 'yon.

"I didn't know that a dragon is scared with a little creature named spider." he teases me again. Dniinan n'ya pa ang word na 'little'.

And yes, again. Kanina n'ya pa ako sinasabihan na ang laki-laki ko na pero takot ako sa gagamba. Nakakabwisit na nga 'tong gagong 'to eh.

"If I'll scare you with the thing that frightened you the most? Then you got scared. Then I'll teas you over and over? What will be your reaction?" tanong ko sa kanya habang nakapameywang. Napupuno na kasi ako eh.

"If you can. My greates fear is already done." he said but the last sentence turns out to be a whisper.

"Is it your family?" I asked him. "Magkakasundo tayo kung 'yon ang dahilan."

"Yeah. But there's also another reason." he said to me.

"Oww. So what happened to your parents?" I asked. I didn't ask for his other reason, maybe its a private reason. I can sense that its a big deal if I ask about it.

"They we're killed when I was 4 years old." he said straightly then look down.

"The same thing happened to me though we don't have the same reason of dying." I said, trying to comfort him and making him feel that he's not alone.

He look at me. "Why did they die?" he asked curiously and straight to my eyes. Sinalubong ko ang titig n'ya.

"Because of a car accident." I answered.

He nodded repeatedly then whispered something. I didn't understand what he whispered. I didn't bother to ask.

After that conversation, silence swallows the aura between us.

Lumalakad kami ngayon papunta sa kabilang edge. 'Yong kwartong nakalock.

Mahina lang kaming lumalakad kaya naman nagkaka-usap pa kami.

Pagkarating manin sa tapat ng pintong 'yon, kumuha si Chad ng susi galing sa bulsa n'ya. He opened the door and darkness filled the room.

He turned the lights on. The room is dusty and it has so many cab webs. Nandidiri aoo sabkwaryong 'to pero 'di ko alam kung bakit. Siguro dahil marumi ito at maraming insekto.

"You clean it." I commanded him.

"You should be the one who will clean that room 'cause it will going to be yours." he said to me with a frown. Now I'm not wondering why he keeps on using english language. Tagapagmana nga kasi.

"You kidnapped me so you should be the one who will serve a neat room for the person you kidnapped." I said to him. There's this sudden change in a mod again.

Masaya sana ako kung nagigng masaya ako kapag nagche-change ng mood kaso nagche-change ng ako ng mood, pagkairita, pagkainis at pagkagalit naman.

"You're not a VIP young lady." he said to me.

"And its not my fault that you kidnapped me."

"Its not my fault that I'm going to prtctyubtch." iritang sabi n'ya kaso 'di ko maintindihan ang huling salitang binanggit n'ya.

I didn't bother to ask him anymore 'cause I know he wont answer me. If he will, I'm sure, it will just be like "Nothing."

Pumasok na s'ya sa loob at nagsimulang maglinis. Inaantok pa ako.

"Hey!" I called him while pinapalitan n'ya ng sabin ang kama ko. He looked at me then give me the 'what' look. "Clean that properly, ok?" I commanded to him.

"Oo na oo na. 'Di makapaghintay." he said to me irritatingly.

"Yes, because I'm sleepy." sagot ko sa kanya at naghikab.

"Just wait there." he said she o me then continue cleaning.

"Fine!" I said to him, more like a shout. Kapag inaantok, nagugutom, pagod at lalo na kung meron ako eh nagiging suplada ako. Aba! Ikaw a naman daw pagod at inaantok kung 'di kaba magiging suplada lalo na kung matagal pa bago ka makakapagpahinga?

"Just don't shout!" he shout back at me. Inirapan ko nalang s'ya para hindi na ito mahantong sa away.

I sit in the corridor while watching him cleaning the room, my room.

Hindi ko naisip na may lalak pa palang marunong magtrabaho. I didn't really expect it kasi akala ko kapag lalaki eh walang alam sa mga gawaing bagay, but I was wrong 'cause here, in front, of me is a man cleaning a room.

"Chad, take the cabwebs and please check if there's a spider. If there is, please take it away from my room." I commanded him.

"Just wait!" naiinis na sabi n'ya. Sino ba naman daw ang hindi maiinis kung naglilinis ka tapos may tao na utos ng utos.

"Ok." I said calmly and emotionlessly.

Minuto ang lumipas at inaantok na naman ako. Parang 4:30 plus na. Napagod din ako.

Naglakad ako palapit sa pader. Umupo ako ng maayos. Nagsemi lying ako at sumandal sa pader. Makatulog na nga muna, mukahang matagal pa kasi bago s'ya matapos sa paglilinis.

I closed my eyes at hinayaan na lamunin ako ng antok at makatulog.

"I think our place have been reverse. You should be the boss and I'm the slave but now, It's reverse." I said to him, eyes close.

"Yeah, miay fouteurue." I heard him said but its not that clear bacause sleepiness is swallowing my consciousness.

A second later, maybe 5 seconds, I fall asleep.

I just related myself about the spider thingy. I really hate spider 'cause its creeping me out.
