*THE NEXT DAY*

"Taylor, I think you should go charge you're phone and see if Courtney texted you," I said worried. He agreed, we drove to his house. It was about 1:30 when we got to his house, he lives far away from me. We went to McDonalds before going to his house so that we could eat. We walked into his room, and he quickly plugged his phone in. He looked at his phone, there was nothing. I'm getting worried, they would've texted us by now.

"Lets go see if they went to Danielle's house," I insisted he agreed. It took a while to get there but we finally did. I knocked on the door, and Danielle's mom answered it.

"Is Danielle home?" I asked.

"No, she's been out all night, I thought she would be with you." she said confused.

"Okay, maybe she's at Courtney's then." I said. I said goodbye and we drove to Courtney's house. Taylor got out and knocked on the door. He was talking to Courtney's mom, then walked back to the car looking down as his feet. I knew they were in trouble.

"Courtney's mom said that they've been out all night. Courtney hasn't been answering her phone either," he said sadly. Where could they be? "Maybe they're at Brittney's house," he said.

"Okay, lets see," I said as I put the car in drive. I miss Danielle, and I could tell Taylor missed Courtney. We started driving to Brittney's house in hopes to finding the girls.

Danielle's POV

I didn't sleep at all last night, I was scared of what would happen to us. I looked over at Courtney, she was laying down curled up in a ball. It was light outside, I noticed the beams of sunlight peak through the cracks in the walls. I looked down at my outfit, it was ripped and filthy with dirt and some blood.

"Damnit, I actually loved this outfit," I said upset. Courtney sit up and let out a small laugh. I could tell she was scared, scared that we will never get out of here. That the boys won't find us, I'm scared too. I saw the door open, I moved closer to Courtney. We just sat there holding our legs. I looked over at the lanky boy with bright blue eyes he wasn't ugly, but he wasn't Cameron. He started walking towards Courtney, she looked down trying to avoid eye contact. He grabbed her chin and picked up her head.

"Look at me," he said through gritted teeth. I saw tears start to form in her eyes, I couldn't let him do anything to her.

"Just leave her alone," I yelled while I stood up. He turned around and pushed me against the wall.

"Yeah, and what are you gonna do about it? Its not like Cameron and Taylor are here to save you this time," he said while he grabbed my wrists and pinned them to the wall.

"Yeah, well did you forget I was here?" Courtney said while kicking him in the balls. Once he let go of me, I punched him as hard as I could in the face. He fell to the ground, Courtney and I ran. We ran as fast as we could to get away from him. I turned around, he was coming toward us running extremely fast.

"Faster Courtney! He's gonna get us!" I yelled. We ran fast, but my ankle gave out. It started hurting again, I dropped to the ground. Courtney turned around and went over to me. "Courtney, keep going please. I'll stay here," I said through tears.

"No Danielle I'm not leaving you here," She said crying. My ankle was throbbing, and she stayed there with me.

"Courtney please go, he's coming now. Go get help please," I said through tears. Finally, she started running away. I would rather stay here with him. As soon as he caught up to me, he laughed at me pathetically.

"Did you honestley think you can run away from me," he said as he walked around me in a circle. I was still laying down on the grass holding my ankle. I tried to ignore him.

"Oh, is there something wrong with your ankle?" He asked sarcastically. I tried to ignore him, my ankle was throbbing in pain. he leaned over and brushed his fingers through my hair. I can't do anything bad, he knows I hurt my ankle. I guess I have to stay here forever.

"Can you just take me home?" I asked, my voice was shaky and tears came in my eyes. I tried to hold them back, but the fell down my face. He swiftly picked me up and brought me back to the shed again.

"See I knew you would be happy to live here, soon we can move into a house," he said as he walked around the small room. I couldn't look at him, what he's done to everyone around him, is just awful. The door was still open, I could tell that the sun was going to set soon. I laid down, thinking about Cameron, about all the things that have happened this summer. How much I miss him, and how much I love him. Is Cameron worth really giving up my safety? Does love really work like this? Do couples really give up everything of theirs to be with each other?
