Amnesia pt I

♡ Kyoya x Amnesic! Reader ♡

The rays of the sun shined into the white colored room, everything seemed so new, the hazy feeling filled ____'s mind. She rubbed her eyes as she slowly opened her eyes fully, her head buzzed with a headache, she felt, weak. Lifting her arms, she noticed a bracelet around her wrist.

"Where am I? What happened?" she mumbled softly to herself.

"You're awake." A voice called out to the young female.

She shifted her eyes to find the person who which possessed that voice.

In front of her stood, wait floated a preteen boy with a slender frame, almost like a female. He had short silver hair and teal eyes, he had long pointed ears. Whoever this person was, wasn't human. He wore a short sleeved black and grey shirt with diamond pattern on it. He possessed a yellowish and black scarf, he wore grey and black pants.

"W-who are you?" she murmured softly to the boy.

"Wait, you can see me?" he asked tilting his head.

She slowly nodded her head, "Well, yeah. Now answer my question please." She said looking at him. The boy nodded as he floated above her, "Thank goodness you're okay. I'm Orion and I am a spirit." He started. ___ didn't want to believe she was speaking with a spirit.

"Nice to meet you." She replied to him.

The boy looked at her for a moment, "Do you remember your name?" he asked her. She shook her head in response, "I don't remember anything about me really." she said. His eyes widen in shock, "Oh no! This isn't good." he cried.

Just then the door had opened revealing a tall boy with black hair and glasses, he wore a school uniform. "Thank god, you're okay." The boy said as he approached the bed towards the young girl. Orion moved away some as he looked at the boy.

"____, I cannot believe you managed to get yourself in the hospital what will I ever do with you?" the boy said sighing softly.

she laid in bed looking at the boy in confusion, Orion noticed her expression of displeasure. "You cannot let him know you have amnesia, the doctors here won't help you regain your memory." Orion said to her.

____ glanced at Orion in agreement, before her action went back to the boy. She wasn't sure how she should react. She was confused, but from what she learned from the short conversation, if even that, her name was ____. Perhaps they were siblings?

"The nurse said you're in the clear to leave, I'll sign you out. Also, I brought you a change of clothes." The boy said as he laid them down on the bed. ___ watched as he left the room to allow her to change. "So, ____ is your name. That's a start." Orion commented.

"I'll look around for any more things to help you gain your memory."

With that, Orion had moved around the room checking for any personal belongings that had some form of id information. While doing so, ____ had took the time to get changed into her clothes. She looked down at her outfit, it seemed to work with her, perhaps she dressed like this always?

Once done changing, the odd boy entered the room once more, "I see you're changed, now let's start heading back home." He said, she only nodded her head as she gathered her things and followed him out.

"You haven't said a word to me, what's going on? Did something serious happen? I swore the doctor said you were fine." He commented.

"I don't know what to say." She replied to him softly.

"I see—." He started before his phone began to ring.

He picked up his phone without second thought, "Kyoya Ootori speaking." He greeted the caller. ___ took note of his name as she continued to follow him, "My goodness Tamaki, I told you I was picking up ___ from the hospital." He answered into the phone. ___ listened closely to his conversation, he was on the phone with someone named Tamaki, and they seem to know who she was.

Orion was sure to follow, floating next to the girl he went in circles around the two young adults. "Maybe he's a family friend? Perhaps a boyfriend?" Orion said to her. ___ hummed in response. She wasn't sure where she was, or who she was at that.

She knew only very few things, her name, and the guy she's with name. But that wouldn't help her with gaining her memories, perhaps going back to the hospital could help her?

"Don't think about it, ___. If you go back to the hospital, you'll never gain back your memories. With that people, can try and abuse that power over you." Orion commented.

___ looked at the silvered hair boy, "Maybe I should tell him?" she said softly enough for Orion to hear. Not only did she lose her memory but she was talking to a spirit, people would be quick to call her crazy.

Kyoya was finally off the phone as he looked at her, "Are you alright? Do you need me to talk you home safely?" he asked her, ___ nodded her head.

"I would surely be thankful for it." She replied to him.

"Very well." Kyoya said.

Once arriving what was seemed to be her place, Kyoya led her inside. "Now stay here, I will be back. I have a few things to do and you need to rest." Kyoya said. Once saying goodbye, ___ quickly started to look through her things, in hopes to find an id or something.

After a while of searching, she managed to find a school id, she smiled as she managed to gain a little more information;

Her name is ____ ____, she is ___ years old and is a ____ year student at Ouran Academy.

But that didn't help her with the idea of not knowing who Kyoya Ootori was, then it came to her. She opened, which she assumed was her laptop, and looked up the name; Ootori Kyoya. With very little information about him, she was surely stuck.

"Kyoya Ootori, 17 years old, son of Yoshio Ootori." She read to herself, but what she read, he was the son of a powerful man. She sat on the floor of her bedroom trying to figure out who she was.

Orion appeared back in her room, "____! Are you feeling any better? Did you find anything?" Orion asked numerous questions.

"I found a few, not much. I'm not sure if I can truly understand who I was before whatever happened to me." She murmured in reply. Orion sat down next to her as he looked at the computer, "Maybe we should try and ask questions to gain some information?" he suggested.

"I don't know where to start." She said.
