Chapter 21 - Wedding Pt. 3

The wedding day

Jade's POV

1:30pm.

"Don't cry Jade, your wedding is in 2 hours! Come on, we have to get ready. Please stop crying. The girls will be back any minute, we have to do our makeup." "Okay true." I wiped my eyes and we walked over to the makeup section. "What makeup look are you gonna do?" "Don't know yet, but it'll look good I hope. You?" "I know which one, but it'll take some time." "Of course..of course."

Then Perrie and Leigh walked into the room, "Hey guys, we're back!" Leigh said, excitedly. "Time to do our makeup, I suppose." "Well, you suppose correctly." I sat there awkwardly, doing my makeup because I didn't know what to say to her. "So Perrie, did you see any of the other guys?" That's such a stupid question! Why did I even ask that question?

"Um yeah we did. We saw Ashton and Calum. We started to talk to them and it was nice. They were really really nice and so sweet." She said, blushing a little bit. "Especially uh Ashton, we talked and..well, he was just very nice." "Calum was super sweet too! He made me laugh and smile a lot. He might be better than Andre if I do say so myself.."

"Jesy, I think that Michael guy will be good for you. I mean, he's tall, he's handsome, he's very mature from what we can see (😉) and he's very kind and would talk to anyone if he had the chance too. You and Jake are broken up, give it a try. You might like him." Perrie said to her.

"Maybe I'll give it a shot but if it doesn't work out, it's all your fault Pez!" "Fine by me." I said. "Jade? What's wrong?" Leigh asked. "Nothing. Lets just continued to do our makeup, okay girls?" "Got it Jade." Perrie said.

I finished my makeup before the rest of the girls and went into the actual dressing room to try my beautiful wedding dress. "Hey Jade?" Perrie said. "Yeah?" "Where's Jackie?" "Didn't I tell you guys that she was with my mam?" "No, you didn't." "Oh okay well yeah, she's with my mam. She'll come in with Jackie in a little bit." "Okay." Then it got awkward again.

I tried on my wedding dress and walked outside. "Guys? What do you think?" They all stopped doing what they were doing. "You look amazing Jade." Jesy said. I saw Perrie and Leigh start to tear up. "Today is the actual day. I can't believe I'm getting married. My heart is starting to race. I'm not even out there yet and I'm nervous."

"Don't be nervous babe. You'll be a wife soon and you'll have a husband in less than 2 hours. Jackie will have a dad and she'll be very happy. From what you've told us, Jackie loves him very much and he feels the same for her. You guys will be a happy family." Leigh said. "Thanks Leigh. It's just that, I feel like I have to say something because something's on my mind." "Well, what is it?" Perrie said, looking at me dead in the eyes.

"I can't. Not right now. When the time comes, I'll tell you guys. I just have a horrible feeling in my stomach." "Like you're gonna barf?" "No Pez, well maybe..but I can't help to feel like that for some reason. I just um...I just want to tel you guys that I love you and thank you for being here today."

"We love you too." They all said back. Then we huddled into a big hug.

"Well, we have a wedding to get ready for!" I said wiping a tear.
