Perrie's POV
I had accidentally fallen asleep but to my surprise, Jade was still up and it was time for our flight. "Ready? We're getting ready to board. We should go wait in line now." "Yeah okay. Sorry that I fell asleep, I just couldn't stay awake anymore." "Oh that's okay. It's just a good thing that you woke up in time for our flight."
We got up and out of our seats and slowly and tiredly walked over to the line that was beginning to form. "Are you excited?" Jade asked, slowly shaking my arm to wake me up a little more. "Ecstatic! I can't wait, what are we going to do first?" "Well, after all this, I just want to go and relax by the pool."
"Okay. That sounds great! We really need to relax, I think I'm gonna take a nap in our room for a little while. I just really need a bed again." "Agreed. I want to sleep in a nice, comfortable bed with the sheets covering us, making us all warm." "That sounds lovely, stop talking like that! You're gonna put me to sleep again."
"Sorry honey, I'm just really tired too." "I know you are." I said, stroking her little head as she rests it on my shoulder. "Babe, we're next." I said, as I shook her. I grabbed the tickets out of her purse and handed it over to the security. "Okay, you're all checked in and ready to go! Have a nice flight!"
"Thank you so much." I said to the woman, I grabbed my luggages and Jade grabbed hers. We walked into the gateway and made our way down to the airplane. Mind you, there's a long line so this might take a while though. "What's your favorite ice cream?" I looked at her confused, "And you asked that question..why?"
"Cookies and cream?" "Yeah...how did you know?" "I'm psychic." "No you're not Jade!" "Okay then. Saturn." "What?" "Saturn. You've been obsessed with that planet since you were little and now you're wondering if you could look up into the sky and see it." "Jade...are you really tired or are you drunk and I just didn't know it?"
"Pez, I told you! I'm psychic. Oooooh!!" She said, waving her hand in front of my face. "Sorry, I'm just really bored." "And apparently physic.." I said, kinda feeling weird. Then the line was moving. "I made the line move." Jade whispered to me. "Sorry, it's my tiredness taking over me again. I can't help it."
"It's fine, I understand." I grabbed her hand and pulled her tired body next to me. I hope she doesn't fall asleep right here, if she did, I would have to carry her. That's no problem for me actually but I'm getting a little tired too. "Hi, I hope you have a nice flight with us." "I'm sure we will, we'll be asleep but at least we know that something won't happen to the plane."
"No miss, nothing will happen. We've checked everything at least 15 to 20 times, just to be sure. Everything will be okay." "Great." I took Jade into the plane and we went to our seats. Once we were by our seats, we put our luggages above us right away and sat down. I guided Jade to the window seat and I saw her eyes slowly start to close.
"Goodnight love." Then I kissed her forehead. I sat down in my seat and started to relax. I relax lee my arm, face, back, it just felt so good. Then a little old woman came to sit down at the third seat, which is the aisle seat. "Hello, this is my seat. Sorry if I bug you in any way." "Oh, I'm sure you won't be a problem." I smiled at her. She smiled back at me and sat down. She took out a little crossword puzzle and started to do it.
I have my little Jadey fast asleep next to me and this kind old woman doing her crossword puzzles. I don't know if I can fall asleep again. I might as well stay up.
2 1/2 hours later
"Perrie! Perrie! Perrie wake the hell up!! Damn it Perrie!!!" I woke up to Jade shaking me and she was crying. "Jade.." I said. I felt the whole airplane shaking like crazy.
"Attention all passengers, the airplane is shaking but everything will be alright. We have everything under contr-"
Then he just cut off. This time, I was really awake. "Oh my god, what's going on?? Are we falling?" "No, but it seems like it!" She was crying and sitting back in her seat. "It's okay." I hugged her tightly and started crying too. I held her hand like it was the last time I was ever going to ho--no Perrie! Don't think that, we're gonna make it out alive.
