Hayes' P.O.V

I woke up at 8:30 today, since I was going to church.

I got dressed in a pale blue dress shirt and black dress pants.

"Look at wittle Hayesee Waysee" Nash teased.

"SHUTUP" I said.

Nash doesn't dress up for church he wore his pyjama style pants and a pink polo.

Amelia text me, but I didn't reply.

I'm still contemplating whether or not I want to speak to her.

I mean you saw how mad Nash got about it yesterday, right?

I jumped in the car with mum, dad, Nash and Skylynn and we drove to church.

We sang hymns and listened to the priests sermon, and eventually we all filed out in song.

"Damn!" I thought...

Amelia's P.O.V

I text Hayes saying hey, and he won't reply to me.

"Reply you idiot" I mutter to myself.

I wait for 10 minutes to still see no reply, what is he playing at?

I send him another text reading:

What did I do?

I check all his social media to see if he's awake and there's nothing to be found.

I suddenly remember Hayes goes to the 9:15 Church service.

Should I go and spy on him?

I think I'm actually starting to enjoy this more that I should be.

I go to our Church, 'The Loyal Martyrs'.

I sit in the back row with hope that he won't notice me.

I see him holding Skylynn with her placed on his hip.

Cringe!

Skylynn likes Nash the best, I can't even stand to watch Hayes. He's so annoying.

I don't listen to what the priest is saying the whole time my eyes were glued on Hayes and I must've got side tracked because I meant to leave early so no one would see me but I ended up staying till the end.

I see Hayes eyes meet mine, "Damn" I thought.

He wasn't supposed to see me, now we kinda have to talk.

I walk up to Mr and Mrs Grier and greet them and make small chat, in an attempt to be as polite as possible.

I then make my way up to Nash and Hayes but when I do Nash grabs Hayes by the wrist and pulls him away.

Harsh or nah?

They clearly don't want to speak to me so I say goodbye to a few of my mum's friends as well as Mr and Mrs Grier and leave the church.

Nash's P.O.V

I see Amelia go up to my parents and say hi.
I see through her facade, I'm not naive like Hayes.

I don't think he even realises how bad she is.

She starts to walk up to us.

Hayes doesn't need her or any of her drama, I drag him away and I see hurt in her eyes.
I feel no guilt.
