Chapter Fourteen

"So he asked you?"

"No. I asked him. Well technically we asked each other as he started but I completed so..."

Guess who decides to pay me a visit early is the morning?

Yes. Ally and El woke me up from my blissful dreamland to question me about my love life.

"Anyway, why is my love life always the topic of discussion?  What is going on with you Ally?"

She blushed. Ally blushed. Oh my gosh this is serious.

"Did you just blush?" I question, shocked.

"Something's happening and you don't want to tell us!" El joined in.

That reminds me, "You're one to talk. I saw you getting all chatty with Harry. What's up?"

"NOTHING!" She yelled, almost immediately.

My best friend is falling for my boyfriend's best friend.

 "Okay then..." I say, just as my phone starts ringing.

"It's my Mom. I've gotta take this." I mutter while walking to the corridor.

"Hi Ma!"

"Hi sweety. How are you?"

"I'm good. What about you?"        

"I miss you. So does your father. When are you coming home?"

I sigh. "Ma I just started this job. I can't take a leave. But, why don't you come here?"

"Yes, because money grows on trees."

"No! I have my travel allowance! I can send you the tickets!" I was almost squealing in excitement by now.

"I can't take your money."

"It's not my money! It'll go waste if you don't take it."

"Okay. I'll talk to your father. What else is happening?"           

That's when it struck me.

"Oh...well... you know.....I'm kind of  with someone..."

"Oh that's alright. We can talk later."

"No! Not like that! I meant I was....."

"Trisha, tell me what you've done."

"I haven't done anything!" Not yet anyway.

No! Not the time for these thoughts! Bad Trisha!

"Then why are you speaking like you have a gun pointed at you?"

It's now or never.

"I'mseeingsomeone." I say in a rush.

"What? How many times do I have to tell you, SPEAK SLOWER!"

I sighed. Again.

"I'm seeing someone."

"Oh. Seeing as in....seeing seeing?"

"Yeah....."

"Who is this?"

That's when I got an idea.

"I'll tell you when I see you." I smirk.

"You always did have an evil brain. Fine! I'll convince your father! But you better tell me who this is when I meet you."

"Yes, for sure. Bye now, I've got to go."

"Trisha?"

"Yeah?"

"Be carefull please."

I inhale. "Yes Mom. Bye."

"Bye."
