Secret Meet up with Sam

After a couple of days of Robin being back from being gone so long, he gave me a letter from one of my friends. He didn't tell me which one of my friends was the one who sent it, though. While they weren't in the camp, I read it. What surprised me was that it came from Sam. He wanted to meet up with me. What did he want to meet with me for?

It seemed interesting that after almost six months, he wanted to see me. It didn't seem like Sammy would be doing now since I've never seen him send out one letter to anyone. He wanted to meet sometime after night fall when everyone for the most part were asleep. That shouldn't be too hard to do. Just as I folded the letter, everyone had started to come into the camp. How long have I been looking at it? They were all huffing and puffing. They always seem to have gotten in some sort of trouble that causes them to be struggling for breath. It made me curious why I seem to miss out on that fun.

"What fun did I miss out on?" I asked with a smile on my face.

Robin was the last one to come to come in, and when he did, he looked like he ran into a fire and managed to survive. It was shocking and I debated whether or not I wanted to ask. No one seemed to be too worried about it, just as long as he was still alive and in one piece.

"Do I even want to know?" I asked pointing at Robin and how dirty he was with a slight giggle.

"Bombed a cave and it almost took Gisborne and I out." Robin answered casually.

I rose both my eyebrows as didn't say anything. I didn't ask any further questions, and stuffed the letter in one of my pockets. As curious as I was, it was probably a long story as it always was when I asked what happened along the way. I have got to tag along with them more than I normally do. Then again something always happened when they were out and I stayed behind, or vise versa.

None of them seemed near as curious about what I stuffed in my pocket than how curious I was about the cave bombing. John was finally getting ready to close the door, Allen had come in. Everyone rolled their eyes and groaned in annoyance. He was probably trying to convince Robin why he should be trusted while he was still working with Guy. The temptation to say something to chase him away was strong and I had to hold my tongue. I had a way of freaking people out to the point of making them leave.

I waited until Robin let me do just that and I started working up a storm with what I wanted to say. It didn't take long before Allen actually left. Will chuckled as John closed the door. My mind wandered on how Allen turned his back on these guys. I didn't care to ask what happened that made them think badly of him.

When everyone were asleep, I snuck out of the camp and to the outskirts of Nottingham, where I assumed Sammy would be. It took about five minutes before he showed up. I didn't know what to expect and I was half suspicious about what he wanted. He has grown a lot taller than when I last saw him and he towered over me like everyone else that I knew. Before he even came close, I was already looking up. I tried to see more clearly to see his facial features but since it was dark, I had no luck doing so.

"Did you shrink or something, Tash?" Sam asked.

Just as I guessed, his voice became deeper.

"No more like you've grown taller, Sammy." I answered with a smile.

Had he been here before I was I would have guessed he was a complete stranger. I heard him give a small chuckle. I was still suspicious and wondering what it is that he wanted. I didn't know whether or not I wanted to ask what he wanted. Sam almost looked as if he were looking for something in his pocket, then gave me a small vile.

"Here drink it." he said in a deep low voice.

I looked at it wondering what was was in it. Cautiously I took it.

"What's this for?" I asked smelling it to see if there was a scent to it.

"It doesn't have a smell to it. Just drink it." Sam pointed out.

Slowly, I drank it and that was the last thing I could remember. When I woke up, the sun was just starting to rise. I tried to remember what happened last night, but the only thing I could remember was meeting up with Sam. There were a few strands of hair in my face but I didn't care to move them. It took me about half an hour to get onto my feet. I started a small fire and made breakfast for everyone.
