#164 Student's Fear

It felt as if
My brain
Was submerged in
Water

Everything
Was fuzzy
Bubbles forming
Unclear, unclear

I can't absorb
(the irony)
Anything
I can't hear

Repeat, repeat
The water starts swishing
The sounds get
Softer

Repeat, unclear
Unclear, repeat

And I knew
The sea of red
Awaits me
