Pearly white,
Bright smiles,
Fade away,
In the dark.
Don't know,
Who to follow,
You feel alone,
So left out.

Cliques form,
You're the extra,
Perfect as you are,
Yet no one wants you,
You're too good for them,
The best of the best,
Yet pathetic you remain,
The saddest of all.

So what if you've got the looks,
What if you got the body,
It's all on the surface,
You've yet to dive,
Deep into the water,
Your fear of water,
Causing you to relapse,
Into painful waves,
Of depression,
Ethereal melancholy,
Do you not want to break,
This vicious cycle?
Or will you,
Remain mute,
And seat in the corner,
Shrivelled up?

A perfect bud,
Just needing,
An ounce more of strength,
From deep within,
To fully blossom.
So close,
Yet so far,
Will you stop,
On the race track now?
Or continue running?
Till your lungs burst?

How much,
Will you sacrifice?
Your future,
Fully dependent,
On your decisions,
On where to go,
How fast you run,
How deep you sink.
The two paths,
In the eerie woods,
Left and the right,
A dilemma,
Which should you choose?

Don't wait,
Make a decision now!
Precious gemstones,
Of future opportunities,
Lie right in your hands.
Just thread them through,
The thin thread,
Forming the breathtaking,
Necklace,
Adorning,
Your sculpted face.

Final lap,
Go.
Burst your lungs,
Fall dead on the floor,
You were never enough,
Your insecurities,
Weighing you down.
