I roared, sending blasts at the ship and sure enough, I struck one of the engine systems and-

"Ah!"

A stinging blast burnt my back and knocked me onto the ship. Tumbling, I groaned in pain and my yellow eyes widened.

"Shiro!"

Magic flowed within the ship and blasted towards Voltron, and all I heard were painful cries before shooting myself over.

"Shiro-? Oh thank the heavens!" I cried out, seeing him wake up from such a powerful blast.

"Is Voltron still operational?" Allura asked through the com link.

"It's not working," Hunk whimpered.

"Ugh, I can't get my lion to move," Keith grunted.

"You've been hit by some kind of Witchcraft that draws the Quintessence out of you. You need to get out of there! Another blast like that, and you may not survive."

We can't run!

"LANCE! Thank Mariana that you're alright!" We all heard Mīna through the link and sweatdropped.

Does she know that it's still on?

"Do you need a kiss to help you feel better?"

"LANCE!" Keith shouted, making me chuckle.

"I'll kiss you, if you're feeling left out-"

"THIS IS NOT THE TIME TO BE FLIRTING!" Coran shouted, cutting off Oriana and a probably red faced Keith.

"He's right, team. Girls, and Gray, I know we just lost a comrade, and a sister, but we must fight! We cannot let their deaths be in vein! Gray, girls, meet me outside. I think I know of a way to end this once and for all," Just as I was going to discuss the plan with them, Shiro grabbed my hand.

"Since you're not going to die. . ." He trailed off, still holding my hand and bent down on one knee.

"Jinx Jade, will you make me the happiest man in the universe, and marry me?"

"Yes," I smiled and he slipped an opal ring on my wedding finger.

"Let's do this," Pecking my lips, he went back to his post and I went Seilah before flying out of the lion and found them gathered outside.

"Congrats!" Mīna smiled with a giggle, clapping her hands together.

"We need to gather our powers altogether and blast it at Zarkon."
