26. Mad Hatter Pt.2

Hey guys. I know what your thinking wow Author-Chan is such a bum, and I am so sorry for making you wait this long. Life has been more hectic than ever and that is no excuse. I am sorry for being such a negligent author and I am so sorry you guys have to put up with my random hiatus cycles. Part of the reason why I haven't updated, besides recent events, is because I am working on a new book. It hasn't  been published yet but it's getting there, I am trying to finish most of my already existing stories so I can work on this one and the leftovers, but plans aren't always absolute. Anyway the new story I have a feeling you guys would like. It's a crossover between Diabolik Lovers, Vampire Knight, Black Butler, Hellsing, and slight Inuyasha/Sailor Moon/Blue Exorcist (if you squint). Stay intuned for my next book guys, it should almost be done soon.

Also P.S. this song is by the band Garbage, they're awesome!! I saw them, Blondie, and some chick named Sky  Ferreira(something like that) in concert a few days ago. IT. WAS. EPIC.

The Vladimira sons were all lounging in the study room, all the guests having already gone to sleep. Forced to go to sleep was more like it.

Ever since Rose was attacked, the Vladimira brothers were on high alert, especially the eldest brothers. They tried every remedy to stop the bleeding,which tankfuly worked,but upon closer inspection, it seemed like something had been inserted into the puncture wounds on her neck.

Seiji had extracted a tiny portion of the substance, to study it and  it's origins to determine it's fatality and if there was a possible cure, only to find that the substance was of unknown origin.

Kaito's eye twitched as Seiji took his sweet time reading through the results of Rose's tests, the brothers had decided to test Rose's brain wave activity-to see if anything abnormal or supernatural was going on. Kaito sighed in irritation, he rubbed his temples as he spoke in sarcasm," Gee Seiji, I hope you're enjoying your reading there. Are you getting thirsty? Maybe I should ask Rose to cook up some tea. Oh wait!! She's in a fucking coma!!"

Seiji looked at Kaito in annoyance, " Yes. I am well aware of Rose's current condition and I am diligently working to figure out how to get her awake and what the mysterious substance was." The 24th son deadpanned. He as well as his other brothers were getting very annoyed at Kaito's foul mode. They understood that Kaio was acting out because of Rose's absence, but damnit they were worried about her too.

Kaito sneered," Then work faster!!"

Seiji stared emotionlessly at Kaito," I am working to the best of my capabilities little brother."

Daisuke hummed in agreement while Stefan emotionlessly addressed the 29th son," Yeah Kaito. He's working hard enough as it is. He doesn't need us, more specifically you to be breathing down his neck constantly. He needs to focus." Katsuro, Velken, Cedric, Iori, and Satoshi nodded in agreement.

Kaito huffed in annoyance, practically puffing his chest out, trying to look superior to his elder brothers," I don't care how you feel or how overwhelmed you may be, I only care about Rose's health and safety. " Kaito's head turned to meet every single one of his brothers' eyes.." Rose is one of the only siblings I care about. She is and always will be my top priority..." Kaito's eyes went back to Seiji's and they glowed a violent red color,"...So get back to work" Then he walked away.

Lucian and Velken sighed in annoyance, Katsuro shook his head in disappointment, and the other males remained indifferent. Kyouya sighed," Kaito does have a point Seiji..." the 21st son got up and stretched his legs,"...you have to hurry up and figure this mess out..."He crossed his arms over his chest and rose an eyebrow towards his brothers,"...Or did you all forget that Father's ball is in a few weeks?"
