Into The Dark - A SOR Fanfic

Chapter 1

                       Summer's POV

    Slam! Jumping up ten feet in the air, I spin around. "Tomika!" I screech! "You woke me from my dream!" I add with a whine.

"Let me guess, their was a guy in the dream, with super great hair named Freddy." Tomika sighs, placing a hand on my shoulder.

"Yeah, there was, how did you know?" I ask, leaning forward. Maybe she's magical.

"Because you've had that dream millions of times! And you can't have a dream when you're awake, those are called day dreams." Taking her hand off my shoulder she walks past me, holding onto her bag tightly. Quickly, I take my books, and stare at Freddy's picture once more.

"Goodbye Freddy, I won't be gone forever!" I croon, then shut the door and race after Tomika. She's slowly walking in the hall, so I catch up quickly. "You know, in my dream, Freddy and I, we were married, and we had...." suddenly I'm cut off.

"Yes Summer I've heard it a million times!" She moans, speeding up her walking. "And if I hear it once more, I'm going to..."

"Excuse me!" A male voice shouts down the hall. Wait not just any male's voice, it's Freddy's voice. I twirl and melt into a gigantic puddle. Freddy's skateboarding down the halls again, and looking so cute.

"Oh Tomika. Isn't he perfect!" I gush, running after him. Then he stops abruptly in front of our classroom door, causing me to run into him. I grasp his shoulder hoping he will steady us, and he does. Then we're just standing there, breathing into each other's faces. Me holding his shoulder, and him holding my waist. Then I stop drifting into my day dream. And I realize what's happening. Backing up I run into the wall behind me.

"Thanks for saving me Freddy." I manage to squeak out, before I run into the classroom, my face, probably cherry red. Oh great what have I done! I've embarrassed myself in front of him, now he'll never like me.
