Chapter 16

Freddy's POV

Ring!!!!! I let out a sigh of relief, I can go now. I just need to find Summer, and fast. Grabbing my stuff, I wave good bye to my class, and exit the room. I could hear tons of giggling girls behind me but I ignored them. At least for today, I had already made one mistake, and I need to apologize to Summer. Even if it meant she still didn't want to be my girlfriend.

"Summer!" I yell, hoping she'd respond, but all I got was annoyed looks form the upperclassmen. "Sorry!" I whisper. Defeated I sat down on the bench in front of the girls bathroom.

       "I don't know, you hurt me pretty badly." I hear Tomika scoff at whoever else was in there. I frown down at myself, why did you have to be friends with Meagan, you finally got the girl of your dreams and you blew it.

     "What are you doing here?" Tomika barks at me, crossing her arms, and waking me from my stupor.

     "Summer." I whisper. Hanging my head I hope she'll respond, and she does luckily.

      "Your little brat is in there." She hisses at me, and I sprint into the girls bathroom. Summer is on her hands and knees, her whole body is shaking. Gasping I feel tears come to my eyes, she goes down again, and smacks her head on the floor. I run up, and gather her into my arms.

      "I'm so...." I start.

      "Shhhh! Don't say anything!" Summer whines, her head resting on my chest.

        "I won't." I tell her solemnly. As she lays on my in silence, I gaze down at her. Her beautiful blue eyes, are foggy from her tears, her mascara is running down her cherry red cheeks, and her hair is a mess, but she still looks perfect to me. My eyes meet hers and she lets a single tear fall. Oh my gosh, I'm causing all this. Tears start to roll down my own cheeks and I lean into Summer.

       "I still like you you know." She tells me. Gulping I nod, and lean down, pressing my lips to hers. At first she doesn't kiss me back, but then she starts to kiss. Sitting up she leans into me, wraps her arms around my neck, and buries her fingers in my hair. I gently bite her lip and ask for entrance, she lets me in. Lightly, I lick her lip before she pulls away for air. 

     "Wow." She whispers.

     "Yeah, wow." I laugh, pulling her in for a hug.

      "You are my first kiss Freddy." She tells me, her head heating on my shoulder.

       "I will treasure that forever, I just wish you were mine." I mumble.

       "That doesn't matter to me Freddy." She tells me, her palms on my cheeks. "It really doesn't, what matters is that you're always there for me." She leans in and pecks me once.

"Are you forgiving me." I ask, surprised she's letting up that easy.

"Well I'm guessing Kale didn't send you here." She says, then looks at me. I shake my head, why would Kale send me here. "Then we still have a lot of talking to do!"
