Summer's POV
Her little hand grasped Freddy's as we walked into the hospital. His big hand clutching hers gently. He's a father to my kids, I thought to myself, waddling after them. My huge nine month pregnant belly getting ready to birth. Freddy glances back at me and smiles sweetly, and I give him a strained pained smile. One of my many contractions having just started.
"Max, hurry up!" I call out to the five year old boy dawdling behind me. He runs to catch up, and pulls on my shirt.
"Mommy, will I have a new brother after this?" He asks, his big blue eyes blinking up at me.
"Maybe." I answer, ruffling his hair. He smiles showing of his missing front tooth. "Go on." I laugh, as he runs to catch up to his father. Once we arrive in our room, I stretch out on the bed, rubbing my strained stomach.
"Anya! Stop playing with the curtains!" Freddy scolds the tiny three year old, who is jumping on the couch. "Max, please down fiddle with the machines, you could break them." I raise my eyes brows at Freddy. He always gets stressed when I go into labour. He smiles tightly at me and walks over.
"Please stay calm with the kids until my mom gets here." I tell him, bitting my lip. He nods, but looks up panicked.
"Anya.......!"
