I woke to Annie shaking my shoulder. Her long red hair tickled my cheek as she leaded over to whisper my name.

"Brooky wake up. Fin wants you to eat breakfast before we start."

"You can tell Finnick to go back to bed or I will kick him." I said without opening my eyes.

"You will most certainly not kick me. If you don't wake up I will pour this hot chocolate on you."

I moaned and pulled the covers up over my head. I don't want to do this interview. I can't speak in front of people. Especially people I hate, the Capitol.

"You're not pouring that on her." Annie said.

"I wasn't going to. Just want her to get out of bed. She needs to practice. She can't talk in front of people."

I stutter way to much and my voice shakes uncontrollably. I was interviewed for Finnick making it into the final eight, once he won the games, and on his Victory Tour. I was also sick then but that doesn't change anything.

"Why do I have to practice. Caesar will just ask about you the whole three minutes. Please just let me sleep, Finnick."

I rolled over and put my head under the pillow. My bedroom door closed and I thought he actually left but instead he just sat on me back.

He always did this when we were kids. Except then it didn't hurt as much.

"Finnick get off me!"

"Wake up!" He said and slid off my back.

I sat up and threw a pillow at his head. I had very strange dreams last night and they all involved Cato. I wanted time to figure out why.

"I can't be like you Finnick. Everyone expects me too but I can't be like you."

"Nobody wants you to be like me."

I glared at him then flopped back down onto the bed. This isn't his fault. I just want to go home. I hate it here.

"First day of training the instructors waved me over to the trident station. My private sessions the Gamemakers got disappointed when I didn't pick up a trident. You watched the recap of the reaping and parade you heard what the commentators said. The games will be interesting. Another Odair! My prep team while in the remake center they asked about you. They asked why I was so sickly when you're a Victor."

"Use that to your advantage. Say how proud you are of me. I know you hate the Capitol, I do too. But they like to be compliment and so do I." He gave me a smirk. "They like me, talk about me. They like you too. I hope you like me?

"I hate you!" I said glaring then let out a loud laugh. My first in probably years.
