The weekend has arrived. Two and a half days of "freedom" which I will need to spend half of on homework.
What's the point of weekends if I can't even do anything because there's too much homework.
That's not very nice of the school.
I decided to crank out all the work tonight, so that I'd have Saturday and Sunday free to do whatever. Maybe I'd meet up with Mark and Jennie.
Why not plan that now? Mark might be busy...... we'll see.....
I sent them both a message:
Kai: anyone up for going out somewhere tomorrow or the day after?
Jennie: I'm down... wbu Mark?
Mark: I can only make it after five on both days
Kai: that's fine
Jennie: what should we do then?
Mark: have any good movies come out
Jennie: I'm not a huge fan of movies lol... I've got a short attention span 😅
Kai: idrc 🤷🏻♀️
Mark: neither do I, was just giving a suggestion 😂
Jennie: we could go to an amusement park!!
Kai: that's a good idea 👏
Mark: will we have enough time to be there tho
Mark: we can only go there after 5
Jennie: that's fine, we can go from like 5-10 if needed. Doesnt the park close at 10?
Kai: yeah it does
Mark: Let's do it then!
Kai: okay, so tomorrow at five or so we can meet there
Jennie: fine with me 👍
Mark: K then, I'll see you two there!
Kai: tty soon, I gotta do HW 😩
Jennie: me too 😭
Mark: at least you don't have dance practice for the next three hours 😑
Jennie: he has it worse
Kai: I agree
Kai: byee 👋
Jennie: adios amiga
Mark: bye Kai
Mark: ooh! that rhymes!
Jennie: 😂
And the day went on.
I finished my homework surprisingly quickly, just four hours for what I thought would take me six. I just watched that Kdrama that Eomma was really into but I never admitted that I liked it. I got up to make coffee while humming a song I heard on the radio earlier today.
