^Connor's P.O.V.^

'It's nothing'

'Just ignore it'

I felt someone shake me.

'Probably your mom waking you up for school'

'Mom, it's a big holiday. I don't have school today." I mumbled, trying to fall back asleep.

"Connor, it's Lilly....

'Oh, it's just Lilly...Wait, Lilly in your bedroom...'

"....pancakes and-"

"PANCAKES!? I heard someone say pancakes!!!" I yelled, jumping out of bed.

"Lol, yeah. Good morning, sleepy head. Jen and I made breakfast. You can go wash up and I'll leave the plate on the dresser." she said.

"Okay thank you, Lilly" I said.

One more thing, Con" she said.

Yeah?"

"I found my phone on your nightstand when I was looking for it earlier. Umm...why did you have it?"

'Oooh!! Someone's about to get BUSTED!!'

'SHUT UP, BRAIN!'

'Okay, damn!'

"Well to be honest, I was getting your bags from the car and I heard it ringing in your purse. It said, whom I'm guessing was, Josh calling. I felt compelled to answer but I didn't. I figured you'd deal with that when you woke up and I guess I forgot to put it back in your bag. I did nothing else, I swear." I said, sincerely.

"Oh, okay. Thank-you for not answering. I still have to delete that number. But thank you."

"Your welcome! I'll be downstairs in a bit" I said. She nodded and left.

'What the- she should be thanking me! I'm the one who talked you out of answering the phone when he was calling!'

'Too bad, you're just a brain! Haha!- OW!' I said feeling like my head just got stabbed.

'Never underestimate me, human!"

'Whatever!'

I went to the bathroom to brush my teeth and wash my face.

*4 minutes later*

I was heading downstairs, when I heard my phone ringing.

*I guess you'd say what could make me feel this way? My girl (my girl, my girl) Talkin' bout my girl (my girl)-*, My phone rang.

"-Hello? Mom?" I asked answering he phone.

"Connor Joseph* Franta!!"

'Oohh you're actually in trouble now!'

"Shut up!"

"Yes, mother, who I love soo much??"

"I just watched one of the videos you've put on YouTube recently...what do you have to say for yourself??"

"I love what you're wearing today! You look gorgeous today!"

"You can't even see me, Connor!"

"Look mom I'm really sorry! I didn't get enough sleep and I got all mean and I'll never do it again! I promise! I just-"
