Chapter 28

^Connor's P.O.V.^

The movie was finished and we were all sitting down in the living room.

"You wanna turn on YouTube News?" Ricky asked.

"Umm...sure." I said.

He switched the TV to cable and turned up the volume.

"I'm Mikayla Martin, and this is Youtube News. Reporting live from downtown Hollywood, I'm here with football star, Jerry H. How are you, Jerry?"

"I'm doing good, actually!"

"Oh really? Your face looks kind of swollen there."

"Yeah, I got punched in the face today."

"Is that so? There was a video uploaded to YouTube earlier today showing the YouTuber, Connor Franta, punching you. Can you confirm that?"

"Well, yeah, he did..."

"Well, looks like that's-"

"-Wait, but he was only protecting his girl!" Jerry yelled, in defense.

"Pardon?"

"He and his girlfriend were at the mall and his girl mistook me for someone else, and ran off. She was crying and I wanted to know what was going on so I tailed her. Connor saw me chasing after her and punched me. I guess the person she mistook me for isn't a good guy. I would've done the same for my Amber." He said, with a serious face. "They explained what happened and everything was cleared up, he even gave me a signed bracelet. I'm not pressing charges because I don't think he did anything wrong. Plus my niece is a big fan!" He said, smiling.

"Oh, well there you have it! Connor Franta is innocent. Jerry, are you confirming Lonnor exists?"

"Lonnor?"

"Connor Franta and Lilly Sparks?"

"Oh! Right! Definitely! They took pictures with some girls and they said they were a couple."

"Well, thank you for being here, Jerry."'

"No problem! Also, you wanna check out my last game against the-" Jerry tried.

"-That's all the time we have for today! I'm Mikayla Martin, and this is YouTube News!"

Suddenly, my phone went on a notification frenzy!

"There goes twitter!" Jc laughed.

"You don't think it has anything to do with what we just watched, right?" Ricky asked.

"Nah.." I said, slowly picking up my phone.

I clicked on twitter to see #Lonnor is the number one trend on Twitter and Tumblr!

"Lonnor is the number one world wide trend!" I yelled.

'I'm happy everyone approves, unlike with Amb-'

"-I'm sorry, I don't understand your social media talk!" Lilly said.

Man, I need to make her a twitter account!

"Phone go beep beep cause fans go cray cray!" Ricky said, slowly.

"Come again?" She said.

"Everyone's buzzing about the new YouTube couple." Jen said.

"Here, check it out!" Ricky said turning on his laptop and showing us the tweets.

"I knew Connor was innocent! Lilly is so beautiful! Lonnor forever!! #Lonnor" Jc read.
