*1 Month Later*

"Ok Levi, you gotta be good for me since your daddy and uncle is away today. It's just me, you and Cassie today." I spoke softly as I rocked Levi trying to get him to fall back to sleep.

"Aunt Callie Aunt Callie." Cassie practically yelled as she came running into the nursery.

"What is it and Quiet down just a little angel." I spoke softly and gently so I didn't wake Levi or upset her.

Today was the first day both the boys had been gone since we all moved into the house. It had already been a struggle especially since I woke up this morning not feeling all that great.

"I finished picking up my toys." She sang out with a bright smile.

"Ok little bug. Give me just a minute and I'll get you a cookie ok?" I gently sat Levi down in his bed and followed Cassie down stairs to the kitchen.

Once I got Cassie a cookie she went back into her room and played finally giving me a chance to relax for a bit. Ever since I got up this morning it's been non-stop. I hadn't had a chance to sit down until now.

I love both of them a lot but it's really hard to take care of them all on my own especially when I don't feel well. I laid my head down on the couch and turned on the tv as Cassie came back in with her crayons and a coloring book.

I laid there and kept and eye on her and watched tv while waiting for the baby monitor to go off.
The longer I laid there sicker I seemed to get.

"Hey angel can you go get my phone for me?" I asked Cassie since I felt like if I got up I was going to puke.

"Ok Aunt Callie." She got up and ran into the other room and grabbed my phone and brought it back to me.

"Thank you." I took my phone and decided to text Louis  and ask her if she could come over and help me.

Me: "hey Louis are you busy?"

Louis: "not really what's up?"

Me: " I really don't feel good. Think you could come over and help me with the kids?"

Louis: "sure need anything while I'm at it?"

Me: "I don't think so but thank you though."

I laid there and was almost asleep when I heard a knock on the door.

"Come in." I yelled not wanting to get up.

"How do you know it was me? I could have been a serial killer. You could have just told a serial killer they could come into their house." Louis said as he sat a bag down on top of me.

"What's this?" I asked as I looked into it.

"Things you'll need." Louis said as he sat down beside Cassie talking to her about her picture she was coloring.

As I looked in the bad I saw Gingerale, Tums, Mint Tea, and a pregnancy test.

"Why did you get this?" I asked my eyes going wide.

"Because it's been exactly 1 month since you moved in here and sadly I remember the conversation about what happened that morning." Louis said just a little disgusted.

I laid there shocked. I hadn't even realized it's been exactly a month. Now I wasn't only feeling sick I was now a little afraid and becoming sick from that.

Sure I wanted a kid, but the reality of it being a possibility made me nervous. What if I wasn't ready? What if I sucked as a mother?
