Date or Not?

Elise's POV

It was off-season and I had plenty of appointments and treatments to last a life time! Well at least in my opinion!

I decided to spend the week in Cole Harbor with Sid and his family. We just arrived at his house.

We walked in the door and were immediately tackled with hugs.

Taylor hugged me first and we both jumped up and down squealing. Next Troy hugged me "Nice to see my second 'daughter' is home."

I laughed because he always called me his daughter. This is because I spent so much time at the Crosby house hold every summer it's like in their daughter.

Next Trina gave me a hug "Nice to see you again Elise!" I smiled "You too!"

Oh and by the way! If you think me and Sid are an item we are not! Still just friends! The man did not ask me out! I may be a little upset by it...

Trina spoke up "Well Elise we don't have that much room... so you can sleep in Sid's room."

I knew Trina was just trying to get us to do more couple-like things.

Sid raised an eyebrow "What about the guest room?" Trina spoke up "The dog sleeps in there."

Sid shrugged "That's fine I can take the guest room." Trina shook her head "Nope! That is the dog's room!"

He rolled his eyes and Taylor spoke up "She can sleep with me..."

(Okay for all of you wondering what the heck is wrong with this I'll explain. For example girls don't care if they sleep in the same bed together! It's better than sleeping on the floor! For example like at a sleepover!)

Trina shook her head "No sweetie your bed is to small!" Sid spoke up "Our beds are the same size..."

Trina just shook her head and grabbed my suitcase and carried it up to Sid's room.

When she started to walk up the steps I yelled after her "Trina its fine I'll carry my own bags!"

She shook her head "No! You're the guest!" I shook my head and went to grab my other bag but Sid grabbed it and carried it.

I whined "No Sid I can carry it!" He shook his head and kept on walking.

I crossed my arms and turned to Troy and Taylor "He's stubborn just like his mother isn't he?!"

They both laughed and nodded. Then I heard footsteps coming down from the stairs.

Sid and Trina walked down together. Taylor looked to her brother "Hey Sidney do you want to play hockey?"

He started to run out the door. Taylor laughed "I'll take that as a yes!" She then yelled "Girls verses Boys! Come on everyone!"

We all ran out the door. The boys were whining that 2 on 3 isn't fair.

I spoke up "You were both in the NHL! Stop whining!" They wouldn't stop so Sid called Nate McKinnon from the Colorado Avalanche to play.

Nate was also from Cole Harbor so it wasn't too long of a drive for him. When Nate showed up we started the game.

Troy was goalie for the boys and Taylor was the goalie for us. Sid took the face off against Trina because I sucked at face offs.
