Nico's P.O.V.

Chiron said not to go. Not until we had further information. But since when did I listen to him? I mean, just the thought of Will use to bring me joy. Now it only squeezes at my heart.

I run to get my sword from my cabin. It's been a while since I've needed it in battle. I smiled at the thought of a fight. That would deffinaltey feel good. Who doesn't love a good battle?

Next thing I needed to do was go to Rachel. I have no clue where the Apollo kids are being held captive. But before I do that, I need to except a quest. I needed to find Mr. D.

I ran to the Big House. When I got there, I was nearly winded again. I found Dionysus (me: The Wine Dude.) playing cards with Chiron.

I glared at Chiron and said. "Mr. D." He looked at me like I had just interrupted the best time of his life.

"What do you want, ah, Mr. de Amelio?" He asked.

I wasn't worried about how he pronounced my name. I just needed to be on his good side, if only for a few minutes.

"Mr Dionysus, I would like a quest," I stated. He opened his mouth to deny it but I added, "I could die." He shut his mouth and looked at me. He had his finger on his chin, like he was actually thinking for once. Chiron looked angry. Very angry.

"What quest are we talking about?" He asked.

"I want to save the Apollo kids," I say.

"No," he said. No? Why?

"I could die," I reminded him, eyeing him hopefully.

"Maybe... what's the worst way you could die on this quest?" He asked.

"I would probably get eaten alive by five hell hounds at once," I said, thinking of the worst death I could imagine. But for some reason, I didn't think there were going to be many hell hounds on this quest.

"Fine," he said. My heart leaped. He actually agreed! I didn't think he would give in so easily!

"I, Nico di Angelo, son of Hades, except this quest!" I shouted.

I dashed up to Half-Blood Hill, and into Rachel's cave. She was drawing a picture on the wall. I took a closer look at it and blushed. "Hey, Rachel," I said.

"Hm?"

"What're you drawing?" With those words, she looked at me. When she saw who I was, she scurried around and covered up her painting.

I bet you can guess what the painting was of by now.

"Did Jason and Percy get to you, too?" I asked, causing Rachel to blush a little as she sat down on her three legged stool. It looked good with her pale complex.

"Whatever, Nico," she said. "Why did you come here anyway?"

"How can I save the Apollo kids?" I asked.

As soon as I spoke those words, green mist started to spew from Rachel's mouth. She got a look in her eyes that made you know that she had seen things. Good things, bad things, all kinds of things. The green mist swirled around her on the floor, and that's when the prophecy came.

"The son of Death shall quest alone,
To retrieve the people lost from his home.
He shall travel to a place where the sun doesn't shine,
and shall battle alongside on of the divines.
The child will come home to be greeted by cheers,
Even though he's not alone, he will still be in tears."

The green mist retreated back into Rachel's mouth. It looked gross. How does she keep that stuff in her body? But that was the least of my worries, seeing as Rachel was about to faint. I ran behind her stool so I could catch her and layed her down on the sofa.

But right now, I needed to find out what the prophecy meant. Some of it is quiet simple to understand, but the last part. Even though he isn't alone, he will still be in tears. Does that mean that I fail? That somebody dies?

I got to ask Chiron.

(A/N) The prophecy was probably really easy to guess. I made it up right before I went to sleep. And I probably won't be posting again today due to a horrible headache. But thanks to all of my readers! I can't belive how many I already have!!!
