the next part will be up on Wednesday! This is being uploaded slightly later than I hoped as my wattpad wouldn't allow me to edit my story! I think I fixed the issue, so the other parts should be uploaded earlier in the day than this one was!

Be careful with your actions. Because once it's done, it can only be forgiven. Not forgotten.

"Jason!" You called, rushing to catch up with your boyfriend. He didn't turn around, just continuing to talk to the rest of the football team, causing your smile to falter.

"Jason?" You called again, close enough to where you know he must've heard you. And he did. You watched as he paused for a minute, turning his head ever so slightly, but he quickly snapped it back to look at his friends. You stopped walking, your mind racing with endless possibilities as to why he would ignore you.

"Hey, Jason!" You suddenly heard from behind you, and Jason turned around that time. He didn't even look at you, brushing over the hurt expression you knew you were wearing. He said something to his friends, before smiling brightly at the girl who had shouted for him. You turned around, looking at Polly Cooper. Your brows furrowed, and you quickly continued the walk to your class. You took your usual seat, your fingers tapping on the desk. You waited and waited for Jason to show up and take the seat next to you, but he never did.

You sat on your bed, staring at your phone. You were waiting for Jason to call, text, or something. Your eyes widened as your phone buzzed, but all you saw was Betty's name flashing across the screen. You pushed the green button, placing the phone up to your ear.

"Hey, Betty," You greeted.

"Hi. Look, I think we need to talk," She started, and you felt your chest tighten. The four words nobody ever wants to hear, as you always know something bad is going to follow them.

"Okay," You hesitated. "What's up?"

"Can I come over?"

"Sure, I'll see you in a bit." And with that you hung up, taking a deep breath. Betty's house wasn't far from yours, so you expected to see her in about five minutes.

She didn't bother to knock before walking into your room, and you smiled a bit. She barely smiled back, which was unlike her. You moved over on your bed, patting the spot beside you. She took a seat, sighing.

"Look, (y/n)," She began. "Polly's pregnant."

You gasped, smiling a bit.

"Really? Is she happy about it? Why are you so sad?" You fired a million questions at her, Betty only shaking her head in response.

"I just want you to know that Polly doesn't know about you and Jason, okay?"

"What? Why does that matter?" You asked, your brain not putting the obvious together.

"Polly's pregnant," Betty sighed. "With Jason's baby."

You felt everything inside you stop, before kicking in about ten times harder than it had before. You heart thumped harshly in your chest, and your hands shook violently. You looked at Betty, noticing the girl had tears in her eyes.

"I didn't want you to find out like this," She whispered. "But I didn't know if Jason planned on telling you, and I couldn't leave you in the dark."

You shook your head, tears gathering in your eyes.

"Did they just have sex once?" You asked. Betty frowned, hugging you tightly.

"It's an ongoing thing," She responded, and you let out a sob. You had loved Jason with everything you had, the thought of cheating on him something that you would never even think about.

"What do I do?" You cried.

"I don't know, (y/n), I don't know."

You had ignored Jason for weeks now. He had texted, called, tried to speak to you at school, but Betty and Veronica always found an excuse to get you away from him. Your heart ached every time you they dragged you away, wondering if those times he tried to get your attention he planned on telling you about Polly. You knew you could never forgive him, but you hadn't brought yourself to break up with him yet either. Until tonight.

Betty and Veronica sat on the floor of your room, looking at your phone that sat in between them. It continued to vibrate, Jason's name repeatedly showing up. You shook your head, looking at Veronica.

"Give me the phone," You ordered. She handed it to you, and you pressed the green button.

"Hello?"

"(y/n), oh my god, hi," He breathed, and you almost broke down again hearing his voice.

"Jason, I'm not going to waste any time doing this. I know about you and Polly. I know that she's pregnant, and I know that you couldn't care less about me or this relationship. So I just need to tell you, that we're over, and I never want to talk to you again," You spat, wiping away the tear that slid down your face. Jason was silent on the other end for a few seconds.

"How did you find out?" He almost whispered.

"Who cares?" I asked. "Nothing between us matters anymore."

"Please, just come over to my house," He offered. You thought about the offer, shaking your head. Veronica and Betty were telling you not to with their facial expressions.

"No, Jason. I hope you like life as a teen dad," You hissed, hanging up the phone. You tossed it across the room, ignoring the buzzing that you, Veronica and Betty heard all night.
