Peridot X Reader

Freedom

I ran and ran, for what felt like years. All I could find though, was a white abyss of nothingness. I sat down, hugged my knees, and started crying desperately for help.

"Peridot!" I screamed hoping she would be near. "Where are you!" I continued. "I'm nothing without you..." I mumbled

After sobbing for a long time, I finally had the strength to pull my self together. If I ever wanted to find Peridot, I would have to stay calm. I had stopped crying and resumed looking.

The longer I walked, the harder it was to keep it together. I started to feel something  deep inside of me. Something I had never felt before. I couldn't put my finger on it. Whatever it was, it only made me miss Peridot and want her back even more by the minute.

After a little while, I had completely lost it. I wanted to be with Peridot so badly that I started to sink though the floor. I tried to yell for help but I Couldn't speak.  I was blinded by a bright white light. The same kind of light that the diamonds produced when they had corrupted hundreds of gems. Was I being corrupted!

Soon my fears were denied when the light began to fade. I saw what looked like a bubble burst as I came out. I dropped on the floor of where ever I was. Speaking of that, I didn't really care where I was. I just wanted to find my Peri.

Suddenly, a bubble popped above me. I looked at it's gem shape. It looked like... Peridot! A small figure emerged. It WAS Peridot! I was overwhelmed with happiness.

"Peridot!"

"G/N!"

We ran towards each other and hugged each other tightly.

"G/N, I thought I would never see you again..."

"Me too! I am so happy to see you. That feeling that I had felt earlier was burning brightly inside of me. This was the happiest moment in my entire life, and I have lived a very long time.

I then picked her up because without her limb enhancers, I was now taller than her. "Aww... You're so cute!"

"I'm not cute! I'm a Vicious monster!" She replied while blushing.

"Yeah, a vicious cutie!" After that we both just started laughing together.

We laughed for a whole minute and then we heard something. A door had opened, and someone was standing in it.
