"You realize you can stay longer," you called after your red headed lover.

He gave a light hearted chuckle, "is that so?"

You nodded looking at him with expectant eyes full of affection. He turned himself fully towards you. His posture a constant marvel to you. Never once had you seen him slouch, or curve his spine in anyway that looked unprofessional.

Even around you he held an air of importance. Never once had he made you feel lesser than himself however. He always made you feel like you were the light of his life.

A true gentleman in your eyes.

"In that case," he murmured taking confident strides towards you, "I might as well make it worth our time."

He reached you, your faces nearly touching.

A blush came to your cheeks as butterflies began to appear in your stomach. After two years he still managed to make you feel like a giddy school girl all over again.

Another one of the many things about him that you marveled at.

He leaned forward ever so slightly so that your noses were touching. He gave another light chuckle when he saw your eyes light up with more adoration than before.

If even possible.

You leaned forward even more as your lips brush against his.

It was delicate, and graceful.

He was always this way with you never taking advantage, and always being gentle.

Sometimes to your dismay.

You pushed your lips together this time somewhat harder. Wanting a bit more from him. He gave yet another muffled chuckle. Amused by your excited behavior to have him with you for just a few moments longer.

You wrapped your arms around his neck wanting to be closer. Always closer.

He in turn placed his hands on your waist, pulling you flush against him. Never wanting this moment to end.

It was truly a sight to see. A praised scientist, and commoner such as yourself locking lips on a floating paradise.

One thing you knew for certain.

You were going to marry this man if it was the last thing you ever did.
