"Ethan!" I shouted to the other side of my apartment. He came running over. We had the day off due to flooding. "The results came in. You are my twin." He picked me up and swung me around. "I finally found you." I whispered into his shoulder. "It says that you were born 10 seconds before me." He laughed. "Little sis." I punched his shoulder. "Well Mary and James are allowing you to spend the night. How about we Skype them." He nods. "You could call them Mom and Dad?" He suggested. I sucked in a sharp breath. "Any parental figure that gives up their child is not a parent." He sighs but nods.
"Mom and Dad, I would like you to meet Kamryn." They looked at me. "Kamryn?" Mary whimpered. "Yeah. The twin you left at an orphanage." James looked down. "You told me she died." Ethan accused. "We couldn't tell you that we didn't want her." Ethan hung up and closed his laptop. "I don't want them to be my parents if you aren't with me." I looked at him. "Ethan, they want you." He shook his head. "Too damn bad. You are my sister." I shrugged. "I'll talk to Josh about you moving into the office." I hugged Ethan one last time and grabbed my coat and shoes. "Come on. We need food." He agrees and follows me out.
I threw a fry at Tyler. "You hoe." He joked throwing it back at me. "So did the results come in?" Josh breaks up our mini food fight. "Ethan is my twin. He's older by 10 seconds." Ethan took my hand under the table. "Can Ethan move in with me?" I blurted. Josh looked shocked. Tyler just smiled. "As long as he helps to buy shit." Ethan threw our hands up in the air. "I'll call Mary and James tonight. Tell them I'll be out of their hair in 3 days." "Are you sure?" I questioned. He nodded.
"Well then I guess we're roommates."
