When Matt's mom came home we were sitting on the couch.
I was on Matt's lap just hugging him.
"Hi you two." she said.
Amy walked past making kissing noises.
"What did you get up too while I was gone?" his mom asked.
Oh jesus, I thought I might die right then and there.
"Not much." Matt said smirking.
"Are you staying Ana?" she asked me.
I didn't know, was I staying?
I looked at Matt.
"Yes mom, she's staying." he said smiling at me.
So I stayed for dinner.
After dinner Matt got a text from Brian.
"He wants me to meet him." he said looking at me.
"Is that a good idea?" I asked concerned.
I was very concerned, I knew he was going to convince Matt to break up with me, I just had a feeling, and I didn't know if I would cope with that.
"It'll be fine." he whispered kissing my cheek.
Will it? I wondered, I felt even more insecure after what had happened this afternoon.
So Matt headed to meet Brian and I headed home.
He said he would text me later, but by midnight when I still had no message I knew this afternoon had been a horrible mistake.
