Lena's pov

"So... Are you gonna tell, or are you gonna tell?" Maggie said with her puppy eyes glued to me.

I haven't been talking much after hearing what Winn has to say. She and Kara decided not to return to Winn's room, and stayed in the parking instead.

I don't really know how to handle this. Honestly, I don't give a damn about what people might think of me and Kara.

But I skipped the part where my family are involved, or Kara's. How would they take the idea of their daughters being romantically involved.

Winn told me that some girl took pictures of me and Kara at homecoming. He was on his way out through the backdoor, by the fire exit when he saw her scroll through the pictures she's taken.

He saw that it was me and Kara, much to his surprise, he grabbed the phone and ran. Winn said he acted on impulse, thinking how much of a trouble it can be to both me and Kara.

He showed me the pictures from the phone he deliberately stole, after I gave him his stuff. Luckily, it doesn't have a screen lock. He then showed me an image of me and Kara slow dancing.

I first thought it was harmless. I can come up with an easy excuse for that to my mom. But then, next image showed me and Kara at the rooftop.

That one isn't so easy to explain. I mean, who would understand that. I mean, if you're my mother,...I just know she wouldn't understand.

What we do not know for sure is if it's online already, because Winn heard the girl threaten to post those pictures. I'm too nervous to check my accounts to find out for myself.

"Well...?" Maggie pressed me for answers.

"Kara, I need to tell you something," I said, turning to Kara instead.

She's leaning by the hood of my car, arms crossed to her chest, looking like a fallen angel waiting to save me from all misery. It scares me how she would react. I wonder if she'll be mad.

"Why is everyone doesn't wanna tell me squat?!!" Maggie exclaimed in frustration.

"What is it?" Kara said.

Okay...here goes nothing...

"Uhm...you see,... there's this...uhm, well the...ah," I'm supposed to be good at telling the right thing but now I just can't find the right words to say.

"Ugh!!...this is so not right!!" Maggie said, "you, know what...since you lost the big thesaurus that's taking residence in your head and can't say anything, I'm gonna go to Winn and wrangle the big secret out of him instead!!"
