"Why and how the hell did you get here?!" I yelled at her before she absentmindedly started to walk round the living room as if she were inspecting it.

"Snapchat you dumbass, there isn't any other Micah Jackass Delgado in New York." A memory of Isabella making me download the social media app came clear, her excuse being that it would get me more friends. Carmen lifted up a photo frame making me stand up immediately.

"Gimme that!" I tried to take away the picture but due to her man like strength and constant shoving I failed in doing so.

"No don't tell me this is her! She's so hot!" She laughed making her strength weaken a bit, giving me access to retrieve the photo from her.

"Get out of here." I pointed towards the door and she walked towards the couch instead, paying me no mind as she placed her feet down on the coffee table making her self at home.

"I'm sorry, but throughout the past week we've been seen by the cops and I don't want to be a suspect when your dead. It'll be shocking for a guy like you to commit suicide." Sarcasm was laced within her last words.

"I'm here cause I have to make sure you don't after that horrible note. Not yet at least." I rolled my eyes and returned the picture back to its original position and took a seat on the couch opposite where she sat staring her down angrily.

"Hey, don't be so cold. After how bummed out Nath said you were when he couldn't answer any of your questions You should be glad I managed to sneak out so we could work on the book." That's when it dawned on me.

"I don't need you. I'm not writing the book anymore." I said sternly as confusion washed over her face.

"Is it cause of the letter? It was really bad but that's why I'm here so you do t write that shit in the-"

"Shut the fuck up!" I yelled making her, for the first time, do so.

"I'm not writing the damn book anymore because it's truly pointless. Isabella isn't going to comeback to me. If she isn't answering my texts or calls what makes me think she'll read an entire book dedicated to her? And then you, you and everyone else in this damn city making it harder for me to even find her! If people cared about me being happy why do they want me to take away the only thing that will do just that?" She opened her mouth to speak but couldn't do so.

"I'm so busy trying to prove that she still loves me to everyone when I haven't even convinced my self by the matter. I guess I'm one of those people who will never get closure. I'm in love with the thought of being loved by someone who I'm not sure knows I exist." I add.

"Then how are you gonna get her back?" She finally said.

"That's what I've been asking my self since the day she left me." I let out a heavy sigh. "Just get out. Just text me your account details so I can pay up for all the time you wasted." My head was in my hands now and my eyes shut tight as I thought of how I was going to get the money to pay her.

I couldn't ask John, or any of my family members for that matter. Apart from the one person that made my life worth while, Everyone I knew was gone, from my life.

The sound of hushed curses made me realize I never heard the door shut. Why the hell was she still here?

"I'm getting you your money, why are you still here?" The expression she held on her face was foreign, what was it? Remorse? Pity?
