Unpredictable - l.h.

"Thank you guys so much." I say admiring my face. They helped me with my makeup, putting contacts in and then my outfit. I was wearing a yellow shirt and my hair was down. I looked beautiful.

"No need to thank us, Maddie! You look gorgeous by the way." Hayden compliments.

"Thanks! You guys are stunning too!" I exclaim and fix my shorts. "Do you think that Lu- they will like it?" I ask.

They both smile at me, "You like Luke?"

"No!" I say a little too quickly. I laugh with them and hide my face. "Maybe a little... But don't tell him! Please." I beg.

"Don't worry. We won't." Jemima says and hugs me. "This is so cute. Lets go!" Hayden exclaims. I'm terrified of what Ashton, Calum, Michael and Luke will all think.

Especially Luke.

I walk behind Hayden and Jemima into the living room where the boys have moved. "Ready to g- Woah, Maddie..." Mikey says.

"Woah! My best friend has been replaced by a beautiful girl! Where is Maddie?!" Ashton jokes. I glare at him but accept his hug. "You look great." He whispers in my ear and lets go of me, walking over to Hayden.

Mikey and Calum's jaws are still dropped. I run a hand through my hair and laugh nervously. Luke wasn't here at the moment. I assume he's in the kitchen or out by the car.

"I have everything packed, do you... Uh... Hey Maddie... Uhm... I'll just be in the... Car." Luke stutters and run out.

The boys laughs at his reaction. I'm sure my face is beet red. "Well then," Calum says and claps his hands. "We better get going before anymore time passes."

Once we get out to the car, Ashton stops us. "Maddie, Michael and Luke sit in the very back. Calum and Jemima in the middle thing. Then Hayden and I up front."

"You can sit in the middle.." Mikey whispers in my ear making me blush. "Shut up." I mumble and crawl into the van.

"Hey Maddie." Luke greets me and scoots over so I'm in the middle. "Hey." I smile and sit back. "Ready?" Ashton calls from the front seat.

"Ready!" We shout in unison and laugh.

An hour later we are still driving. "Ash! I have to pee!" I whine. "Okay okay. Just shut up! I'll stop at a grocery store or something.

He pulls into a parking lot and parks. "Luke, go in with Maddie. I don't want her getting lost." Ashton smirks. I mentally beat him with a banana and get out of the van.

Luke walks next to me, "You look nice." He smiles. My heart leaps in my chest and I smile. "Thanks. I was just tired of those glasses." I groan.

He laughs, "They were cute."

"Nah I looked like a dork." I claim. "A cute dork though." Luke smiles and pulls me into the store. "Where's the bathroom?" I ask impatiently. "Over there." Luke points to a door.

"Thank you!" I exclaim and run to the bathroom. I've been holding it since we left the house. I find a stall and do my business before flushing. I stand in front of the mirror and wash my hands.

Wow. I actually do look beautiful. I rush out of the bathroom and straight into someone, knocking them to the ground.

"Oh my god, Luke! I'm so sorry. Ugh I'm so clumsy! Sorry sorry sorry!" I frantically apologize and try to help him up. He laughs and brushes off his shirt and pants.

"I'm okay Maddie. Calm down."

I smile. "Good. I'm sorry though. Let's go!" I almost yell as grab his hand.

(A/N: Hey! This may be short and have a few typos but it's because I'm updating from my phone. Right now I'm in the waiting room of my school bc I have book club in an hour. Gosh this is stressful! I had to wake up before 10. Then I had to do three tests! And the computer wouldn't turn on and I didn't want to bother anyone. I finally figured it out but it was hard. And now I have to wait two hours in a small waiting room and there's like three obnoxious girls next to me giggling and shit and it's annoying. Haha I just hate people.
