Chapter 6

-LYNN'S P.O.V-

I make an okay matchmaker for being absolutely terrified. If she wakes up in pain, I will take her to the hospital. No doubt she passed out from the pain.

Now it's just a waiting game. I text Alex.
~Thank you for letting me off.
~Is she okay? -Alex.
~She is out cold right now. I'm in waits for her to wake up to tell me what happened. Her sister said it was because she jumped out of the bed and started running after... Collapsed in pain.
~Jeez. I give the rest of the week off. -Alex.
~Okay. I'll see you Monday.
~Keep me posted if anything else happens. -Alex.
~Will do.
My phone dings.
~Zee said something happened to Jamie. Is she okay? -Dee.
~As far as I know. I'm just waiting for her to wake up. She passed out.
~Do you need anything? -Dee.
~Maybe a butt load of soup.
~I can pick some up. I'll head to the store now. -Dee.
~I'll pay you back, Dee. Thank you.
~No it's on me. -Dee.
~Just accept it, Dee. I won't take no for an answer.
~Fine. I'll be there in less than an hour. -Dee.
Less than an hour. I hope she wakes up by then. I text Sam.
~Hey..
~What's up? -Sam.
~I'm kind of.. torn.
~What do you mean? -Sam.
~Between bored and worried.
~Again... need specifics, brolo. -Sam.
~Well Jamie got hurt... and is passed out in my lap. I'm bored waiting for her to wake up and tell me what actually happened.
~Tv? -Sam.
~Nah..
~Markiplier just uploaded something on FNAF. -Sam.
~Did he? Dude. I need my headphones.
~You watch it. Tell me what you think after? -Sam.
~Maybe.
I reach over to the bedside table and grab my headphone. I'm careful not to wake Jamie though. I watch his vid. Then another. And another.. until I felt her stir. I put my phone down and looked to her. It had been over 30 minutes since her mom said she would be here.
And nearly 3 hours since I have been home with her.
"J.." I press a kiss to her forehead.
Her eyes shot open. And something in them sad.
"J?" I am worried. I don't think she would wake.
She moved so quickly, out of my lap and pulled me in a hug.
"Don't leave me again." I felt tears fall through my shirt. I knew.
"You.. were back, weren't you?"
"I was."
"I've got you. I'm right here. I'm never leaving you. Okay? I'm right here."
I hold onto her as tight as I can without hurting her.
"Can you tell me what happened today?"
"I.. uh. Well. Zee and Rose were fighting. I just wanted to help. But when Rose ran.. I couldn't let her go without them fixing it.. wait." She pauses. "Did they fix it?"
"As far as I'm sure. Yeah. Zee is going to stay at Rose's for a while. Continue."
"I kind of jumped off the bed.. and started running towards her." She cleared her throat. "On the bright side I actually ran. For 5 steps."
"But you passed out from pain, J."
"I'm sorry. I felt like I had no choice. I don't like it when people.. fight."
"Are you in any pain now?"
"Yeah.. But I'll be okay if I take some meds."
"Your mom is coming with soup."
"Okay.."
She doesn't let go from the hug and neither do I. Not until her mom knocks on the door to the downstairs.
"Lynn?"
"Come in."
Jamie stays attached to me. I don't want to let her go but... well, food.
"Jamie, are you feeling okay?"
"Just really sore."
"I'm sorry, sweetie."
"J, I got to get up... you have to eat before you can take meds."
Her voice drops to where only I can hear.
"But.. I don't want to leave your arms."
"Come on. I'll hold you after I fix it for you."
"That's not fair" She whined in my ear.
I climbed out of bed with her clinging to me like a koala.
"Jamie..."
"Mom, Ly is being mean to me."
"HOW IS THAT FAAAIIIIR?" I groaned out.
"Jamie, let go of Lynn so you can eat. I have a shift soon and I want to talk to you."
She growls slightly in my ear. "This isn't over."
"Never said it was."
She released me and I went over to the small kitchen area. Dad and I worked hard on this to have a working sink and counter with 2 hotplates. Not a bad kitchen.. it does it's job.
I put some chicken noodle in a pan and set it on the hotplate. Jamie and her mom talked about things that I sort of tuned out. I just kept to the soup. I made enough for all of us... if Dee wanted some.
"Ly?" She pulls me from my thoughts.
Dee was gone when I turned around. Was I really spaced out that long? I turn off the soup and dish it out.
"Are you okay?"
I brought her a bowl and the salt and pepper. She always adds a lot of pepper, I just stopped adding it when I cooked for her because it wasn't enough.
"Ly?" My thoughts trying to consume me from her...
"Mm?"
"Are you okay?"
"Uh.. yeah. Just thinking."
"About?"
I smile. "You."
She takes a long sip of her soup before asking me.
"Why?"
"We've come so far. Do you not think?"
"I guess we have." She smiles to me before taking another sip.
I eat slowly but make sure she is actually eating. Once she is done, I give her meds.
"Can we sleep?"
"Yeah.. we can do whatever you want to, my love."
I pick her up and carry her to the bed, she jumps off me. She plops down and giggles. It's cute.
I lay next to her. Of course, I pull her on me. But more gentle. I'm proud of her.
"Do you want to try walking tomorrow instead of running?"
"Asshole."
"I'm serious though."
"You have to work."
"Alex gave me the rest of the week off."
"I guess.." her voice sounds disappointed.
"Or we can stay in bed, sleep all day or cuddle."
"Yeah that would be ni.." She stops a moment. "Look at Zeus.."
I look over and he is about to fall off the dresser again. Jamie rolls off of me and I run to catch him.
"I wanna snuggle with him while we sleep."
"Okay.." I hand her our son and he purrs loudly.
Daisy jumps down from the dresses and on to the bed.
"Well, I still need my pillow." Jamie said.
"Yeah."
Once in and her on me, both covered... She puts Zeus on the pillows beside our head. Daisy lays on the pillow too and takes Zeus in her paws like a teddy bear. It is like one of those things you see off the internet and think..of that never happens..
Jamie kisses my neck softly.
"I love my family.." a pause "I love you, Ly."
"I love you too.."
She falls asleep and so do I.

We don't wake up til noon next day. Jamie wakes me with a kiss. Best way to wake up. In my opinion.
"I can't wait to wake up like that with a kiss from my wife."
She face goes red to my words. It is so adorable.
"Daisy... take Zeus out of the bed with you, please."
A big meow and a purr. A mini meow and a purr and they were gone.
She leaned down in my ear and whispered.
"Fuck me."
"Oooh. Straight to the point, hmm."
She nips at my earlobe and it sends chills down my body leaving my lower region tingling. Man did she wake up on the horny side of the bed. I don't mind. A moan follows her actions.

I flip her over in a seconds notice.

I raise an eyebrow with a smirk.

A smile grew on her lips so wide it must have hurt.

"Yes." I move myself to get comfortable.
