"Can I use your car (Y/N)?" Shayne asked sweetly. You looked up at him from your bed, a peeved expression on your face from being woken up before your alarm. You didn't even know he could get up before noon.
"Where are you going, and why can't you use your old hunk of junk?" You had gotten your vehicle back just the other day, and you'd vowed to always put your keys in your pocket before shutting the door.
"To the store, and I want to drive a new car for once."
"This isn't to impress a girl, right?" You rolled onto your side.
"Nope, but if I see a girl I like, at least I have a chance of wooing her."
"If you get a scratch on it, I'll personally see to it that (B/F) kicks your sorry behind to the curb."
"You're not going to do it yourself?" He rose an eyebrow.
"She wouldn't be as opposed to hurting you as I'd be," you closed your eyes.
"Alright. Where are the keys?"
"Downstairs in a drawer in the kitchen. Make sure to keep them outside the car when you lock it!" Silence met your words and you assumed he left. You got comfortable and fell back to sleep.
When you woke up by your alarm, you shut it off and got dressed in a comfy outfit. Making your way downstairs, you spotted (B/F) sitting on the couch and staring off into space. You let her be and went to the kitchen to have your daily breakfast, not too surprised to see Shayne piling bags onto the table and island.
You left him to take care of his own stuff and got food to eat. As you were eating, your brother took a couple bags with him to his room. He came back not too long later with concern all over his face.
"What's wrong?" You asked automatically.
"(B/F), there's something...off about her," he muttered lowly.
"Well she has gotten into dyeing a lot of her outfits," you offered. You'd seen various articles of clothing on her figure that were colored differently. She'd told you once that she was trying to see what went best with red, so as such most of the added color to her clothes was red. You never knew how she got her hands on so much dye though.
"Ah," Shayne responded. "Hey, the rest of the stuff in those bags are for the kitchen," he pointed to the remaining bags on the table and walked out of the room. You sifted through the bags, the majority of the contents being food. Placing your dishes in the sink, you set to work putting the food where it needed to be.
(B/F) came in after you were done. "(Y/N), there's something I need to show you."
"Ok, what is it?" You trudged over to her.
"I have three dead bodies in my room," she replied. Your eyes widened and your mouth opened, but her hand covered your mouth so you couldn't say anything. "Just come with me," she hissed, removing her hand from your face to grab your hand and pull you with her. You really would be just fine without seeing corpses, but the bigger question plaguing your mind was 'What's wrong with her?!'
Turning the handle to the door of her room, she pushed you inside. Your eyes scanned the seeable area, but nothing unusual met your sight. Your nose didn't pick up the scent of decay either.
"They're over here," (B/F) led you to the desk in her room and showed you three moths sitting there. She grinned over at you as your eyes traveled between her and the moths. "They're dead," she explained.
"You...made me think....you murdered people....just to show me....some moths?!"
"Yeah," she smiled innocently. You ran a hand down your face and left the room, grumbling about how scared she made you. (B/F) just snickered and grabbed her phone to do whatever she wanted on it. Spotting your office door ajar, you stepped inside to see Shayne inspecting a disc of your game.
