Hiccup POV

"I never thought Gobber was telling the truth about trolls. Everyone knows how cranky his brain is, but he still manages to tell a good story. About trolls obviously. But I never really seemed to believe his belief about them. But who would've thought that I, right now, would be sitting and chatting with a BLOODY TROLL, playing twenty-one questions."

"Okay, you're turn!"

A sudden voice shook me out of my thoughts. Looking down, I saw Lily-Rae looking at me with excitement shimmering within her eyes. Forgetting what we were doing, I mumbled back, "Sorry, what?"

I saw her smile evade and a groan come out of her mouth. She stared at me with annoyance and irritation. No matter what, troll or not, NEVER get a female pis-.

"This is the BLOODY fourth time you've blanked out, stared off into the Thor-flipping-my-ass-knows where, and completely forgotten what we've been playing. BLOODY FOURTH TIME!!" The last part was literally screamed right into my face. How did she get up into my fa-Oh that's right, she's got wings she can fly.

"Look I'm sorry, okay. I just don't know why I keep blanking out." Truth is, I do know. I'm worried about my dad finding me. My friends finding me. If my dad has started at search party for me. Even more so, if I'm ever going to be normal again. There's no way I'm going to ride Toothless at this height. And there's no way I'm going back until I'm no longer a giant.

"Hiccup..."

"Yes, Lily?"

"You just did it again."

"Sorry."

"That's it! I give up. I'm going home." Jumping off my knee, she stretched her wings out, and started to flap, the ground moving further away from her feet. She was now eye level with me.

"Hey wait, where are you going?" I called out. With one quick flap, she was immediately in my face yet again. "Someplace where there is fun every inch all over the bloody place. Goodbye." As she turned and started to fly away, I unconsciously yelled, "Hey wait," and reached out a gigantic arm out before clamping my hand around her, trapping her in my grip. Bringing her closer to me, I felt her little body squirm around my skin as she desperately tried to escape but to no avail.

"Hey! That's not cool dude! Now let me go, you're staring to hurt me."
She roared, her face burning red. She may look frustrated, but I saw that her pupils were dilated. She was scared. I didn't want her to fear me. I instantly felt regret in my heart. "If I loosen my grip, will you try not escape and leave me all by myself." I calmly said to her to show I didn't want to hurt her. She sighed sharply and looked at me.

"Fine."

"Promise?"

"Promise."

I gradually loosened my grip but I made sure she was still trapped. She breathed a sigh of relief before speaking. "Thank you. I actually thought you were going to crush me, make my eyes pop, and blend my organs into a smoothie."

"Okay," I slowly said, confusion and disgust dripping off my words and an eyebrow raised, "firstly, don't even know what a 'smoothie' is. Second, I wasn't intended to kill you into mush."

"Well there's Vikings for you. Always following the same lame stuff, instead of moving onwards onto the more exciting and amazing things in life."

I was quite hurt by this comment. Such a big mouth she's got. "Hey! I finished the dragon war, lost my leg in battle, befriended the archipelago's dangerous dragon, and changed the course of my island."
