I think you can already tell by the title what I'm going to talk about.
First of all, I have not discontinued this story as I am so close to finishing it and despite not updating for over a year, I can still see people are reading it so the fact that it's still getting noticed gives me hope of completing this story.
What I really wanted to discuss is that I've found another writing app, where other work I've published on there receives way more views more quickly than Wattpad. Ever heard of Ao3?
Call me greedy but when your work work gets noticed almost instantaneously, it makes you feel so good and proud of your work instead of waiting months on end and getting like two or three reads on here.
I'm not saying Wattpad is bad. Its just difficult for amateur writers like myself to get their work noticed, so that app has saved my depressed ass countless times.
So yeah, I'm moving all my work onto Archive of Our Own and publish later stories on there. My Wattpad account is still activate - I'll just be using it a whole lot less. All the work that's already published on here will stay.

Last of all, another reason why I haven't updated this story for a very long time is that I've lost interest in HTTYD and found other fandoms I'm more interested reading and writing about. I'm sure a lot of you have heard of Voltron: LD. If not, well most of my focus has been centred around that TV series for some time and I love the work I produce about it. So yeah, that's the main reason behind the lack of updates.
Thank you for those who have stuck by, but I guess this is a fresh start for me.
