HICCUP'S POV

"Do you think he'll be alright?"

"I hope so."

"How bad were his injuries?"

"What happened to him?"

"What caused his growth?"

"Something inexplicable has happened to him."

"Is there a cure?"

A flood of concerned voices entered my ears and I groaned from the irritable sound. A flashing white entered my sight as I could feel my eyelids started to flutter open. A series of gasps gasped around me.

"He's waking up."

"Don't pressure him everyone."

Opening my eyes more, I was met with a familiar face that peered down at me anxiously. "Son, are you feeling alright?" He asked concerned. His eyebrows were furrowed and his eyes were serious. I nodded lightly.

"I don't feel like myself but I don't feel ill." I replied. He gave a warm smile.

"That's what I thought."

"My arm hurts a little." I pointed out before pushing myself up. I instantly noticed all my friends standing at the back of the room, their faces full of relief and slight concern. I spotted Toothless sitting beside me. I also noticed my arm wrapped in bandages.

"What happened to my arm? Why is it wrapped in bandages?" My voice full of confusion.

"You don't remember?" Asked Astrid as she walked towards me.

"Remember what?"

"What happened two days?" Immediately flashbacks entered my head like a spark of fire. When I returned to the village; sitting in the Great Hall; running into the plaza that was full of worried Vikings; Lily-Rae flying down towards me and screaming; me and the giant troll-"

I snapped back into reality, with wide eyes.

"Hiccup, are you okay? You're looking a little pale." Said Lily-Rae as she walked beside Toothless, staring at me.

They know.

"They know what?" Said my father as he sat on the left side of my bed.

"You guys. About - me. That I can grow - big."

"We know, and it's so cool!" Cried Tuffnut enthusiastically.

"I am so jealous Hiccup! Can I get hold of that power?"

"Er, no. I called for it first."

"No you didn't, I did."

"No, I did."

"I did!"

"I did!"

"I did!"

"Will you both shut it?!" Boomed everyone in the room, except me as I sat there with fear building up in my heart.

"Hiccup, it's okay," said my father as he turned back to me, "we'll find a cure and you'll be normal in no time."

"There's no cure." I whispered meekly.

"What's that?"

"I said, there's no cure. Lily-Rae already tried a potion to shrink me back to normal but it didn't work."
