Hiccup's POV

Silence is all around me as darkness wraps me in a comfy blanket - it made me feel calm and relaxed. But some reason, the darkness is suddenly chased away by a white light that spreads, and varied colours illuminate themselves into my sight.

Sounds unearth themselves, and the birds tweeting is what fully awakens me. I gradually open my eyes to see the morning sky, a pale blue painting behind the white clouds that hovered far above delicately. A couple of seagulls squawk as they drift high above effortlessly, their wings taking the wind. I take a deep breath, tasting the morning's freshness in my mouth.

New day, new discoveries.

Still staring up at the sky, I notice the towering trees circling me. Wait? Towering? Refreshing my memory, I clearly remember lying down last night, and only seeing the top of the trees. But now, I see a majority of the tall figures and they seem taller - a lot.
Another thing I take notice of is that something feels like it's weighing me down, mostly my legs.

This confuses me even more, so I close my eyes.

"Hiccup?" I hear Lily-Rae's meek and strained voice from behind me.

I tilt my head back and open my eyes. I'm met with a pair of legs that are covered in purple trousers and amber boots that have acorns and pine-cones strapped around the top like a belt.

"Hmm?"

"Oh my gosh." Tammy's voice whispers as four hooves appear next the legs. Tilting my head slightly up, I look up and stare right into two pairs of eyes - one jade, the other deep brown. I immediately recognise them as they belonged to Lily-Rae and Tammy. They were both staring down at me in shock and surprise. I look at them in confusion.

"What?" I ask, before my eyes widened. Realisation instantly struck me like lightning. I quickly bolt up and stare at my body. A broad smile formed on my face, as I laugh breathlessly in utter shock and relief.

Somehow and sometime during sleep, I'd shrunk!

And what ever was holding me down when I awoke, was no other than my trousers that unfortunately stopped the same giant size. But I couldn't care less as I was finally back to my normal size. Without another thought, I tried stand up. But my excitement was quickly cut short, when I looked down at my legs.

My left leg had shrunk back to a stump.

But the excitement slowly came back as I ignored it and resumed my happiness, just like when I'd awoke a few moments ago.

"But I thought it didn't-" I paused Lily-Rae as I grabbed her left hand, pulled her down and smacked mine straight into it. They were exactly the same size. I laughed before bringing her into a tight hug, happily repeating, "Thank you, thank you, thank you so much!"

"Work." She finished, "okay, okay Hiccup. That's enough 'thank-you's' and hugging. Can you please let go now? I'd really appreciate. I'm not really a hugger."

"Sorry, " I apologised but my excitement didn't vanish, "I'm sorry, it's just - I'm back, I'm normal! Woohoo! I can't stop this feeling, this relief, this happiness."

"I felt something else." Muttered Lily-Rae blushing.

"I can't thank you enough."

"Alright," said Tammy, "I think it's time to calm down and go back home, don't you think Hiccup?"
