My own twist on a classic that we all know has no happy ending.
Enjoy!
Romeo, Romeo, wherefore art thou Romeo?
Not so long I called, you know?
A daydream struck midnight.
You hithered in the moonlight.Romeo, Romeo, wherefore art thou Romeo?
Tender and frail this love we mend.
I promise my eternity I'll always tend.
For the sight of you broken leaves me bent.Romeo, Romeo, wherefore art thou Romeo?
I've taken this potion so we can be free.
No, you haven't seen all I can be.
But one day you will be apart of me.Romeo, Romeo, wherefore art thou Romeo?
My eyes soon open, please wait just a bit.
My soul hears your cries you don't quit.
Oh love, once I wake, kisses I'll spit.Romeo, Romeo, wherefore art thou Romeo?
Here I am, my face you now see.
But what's the eye, this crying increase?
Your heart full of love, now fully ceased.Romeo, Romeo, wherefore art thou Romeo?
You took the vile and spilled your own blood.
Leaving me lifeless, and seconds to none.
What have I done, but give you my flood?Romeo, Romeo, wherefore art thou Romeo?
A life without Romeo is no happy vail.
Ending myself is how this will sail.
Death in my soul is everything I hail.Romeo, Romeo, wherefore art thou Romeo?
One day with me, the next gone.
I hope my scarred face haunts you along.
This tragic story, soon shall go on.My Romeo, oh Romeo. Haven't you learned?
Love at first sight is like falling snow.
First it's fresh, then it's gleam.
Then you realize you hate dream.Romeo, Romeo, dead we are, Romeo.
Yet one thought reminds, a crisp memory.
It twisters and mixes, and I surrender thee.
Is how you grew sick of just simply seeing me?This perfect love story,
a tragedy it's meant to be.
