Chapter 25| Sibling Rivalry

To leave both brothers there seemed like the best option as he quickly got to his own car. He wiped at his tears before he turned on his car and began to drive out of the driveway.

It wasn't until both of the brothers rushed over in time to see him drive down the street to find a future that didn't involve either of them.

"I'm surprised he actually finally admitted he loved you too."

Louis turned to face him. "What?"

"Oh come on Louis! The way he looks at me and the way he looks at you is practically identical! And I've seen you in love before and the look you always give him just says it all!"

Louis stared at him. Liam knew the entire time.

"Anyone would notice!" He threw his arms up and they fell to his sides.

Louis went to say something but stopped himself. Then he tried again: "Then if you noticed, why didn't you say something to me?"

"Well, hey, who was the brother that took the opportunity to ask him out?"

Louis glared at him. "Well, now, guess what? The guy who said that loved both of us just announced that he would be leaving the day after the moving truck would be here."

Liam lowered his gaze.

"Did you not hear that? Look just because of that whole Luke Hemming guy doesn't mean that same scenario may happen, although he did choose me–,"

"But look how that ended." He said sarcastically.

"This is Zayn," he finally said. "This guy whom we both fell in love with can't make decisions. He hasn't made any decision his entire life, that's why others do it for him. That's why he's leaving."

They both fell silent for a moment. Then: "He's leaving. What're we going to do?"

Louis shrugged lightly. "I don't know. But I have another situation to handle at the moment."

Liam looked up just in time and grabbed his wrist. Louis turned around and yanked his arm away from him. He found his brother staring at him in disgust.

In which he was. He was shocked to see his older brother claim that he had another situation to handle when he just announced that he loved him and is gone.

It was times like these that he just didn't understand his older brother sometimes.

"What could be more important than trying to find the man who potentially loves you?"

"Going to deal with the court case against Ashton to get him locked up his entire life for messing with you." He proceeded to get into his younger brother's face. "So back off."

He turned around and got into his car. Liam could only stare at him in shock as he saw him back out of the driveway and drove away. This was how he was going to leave things?

Angered he turned around and went back inside. He slammed the door before he pulled his phone out and quickly began to dial Zayn's number.

After he reached his voicemail for the sixth time he dropped his phone on the couch. 

What the hell could he do? Zayn said he would leave. Leave where? Out of the country? Out of the city? Dear god.

Calling him just doesn't seem to work. So what the hell was he supposed to do? Where was he going? It seemed like Zayn had this all planned out.
