(Vanoss POV)
"What are you doing?" I asked him, after being silent for the eternity.

We were already back home from the trip, in the living room, and watching TV. At least I though that was what we were doing.

"Huh? Nothing," he replied, hiding something behind his back.

"Didn't seem like that," I replied, moving my eyes back on TV once again.

I noticed by my peripheral vision how he returned back to his previous action, his eyes looking at me rather than a TV. It wasn't unpleasant, but I was more than curious why was he doing that. I wanted to know, but his bended knees were like a barrier for me to see what was he doing there.

Maybe he's on his phone.

"Does the 'nothing' go with you staring at me?" I spoke up again, instinctively smiling.

"No. I'm just doodling," he replied, and I instinctively smiled.

It's so nice that he returns back to what he loves. He seems to be happy this way. I should thank my dad for dragging him out.

"You can use my PC if you prefer digital art," I replied, not moving my eyes from the TV.

"Thanks."

There was a doorbell, making me stand up. He was quickly hid the paper behind his back, while I walked around him. My legs carried me towards the door, and I opened them.

"Hey," Luke waved at me, and I let him in.

"We can go tonight. But we need to wait for Jonathan to fall asleep," Luke whispered, and I firmly nodded.

"I'm here," he called out, while I closed the door behind him.

"Luke!" Jonathan screamed, his footsteps echoed through the house and within few seconds he hugged his best friend.

I wish he would have this mood when seeing me coming home. Maybe one day, perhaps.

Taking a few seconds debating whether to inform them I was going to check the work, I left the house in quiet. I decided to give them some alone time, since I had been with Jonathan all day.

Driving to my work place, I prepared myself for the mountains of paperworks, resolving a various complains from the clients. I greeted a few employees, feeling good to be home again. On my way to my office, I decided to text Luke.

E: Currently at work. Text me when you're ready, we can meet at your place.

The moment I opened the door, I sighed when seeing the papers on the desk. I was kinda happy Luke was at my house, which meant Jonathan not to be alone.

After few hours, there was a knock on my door. I let whoever was on the side in, signing another paper.

"Hey, boss," Tyler grinned at me.

"It's good to see you," I smiled warmly.

I dying to know if everything worked out well for them, but looking at his current mood I could tell it did.

"Just wanted to tell you there was some Lui Calibre looking for you."

Shit! I forgot about that.
