Harry's POV:

My heart was hammering against my ribs, my throat was close to closing up completely, and I really thought I was going to puke everywhere from the anxiety building up in my chest. Louis felt the same way and kept calling Kelly's number, hoping she would pick up but she wasn't. Monique was outside talking to Ryan and Mr. Tomlinson. Her hands were waving around dramatically as she spoke. Ryan ran his fingers through his hair, stressed, but Mr. Tomlinson didn't look to be bothered. During their conversation, Ryan had to push Monique back from stepping any closer to Mr. Tomlinson. I guess he was just on everyone's last nerve but Ryan's.

"Fuck, she's not answering!" Louis fell on to the couch and stuffed his head into his hands.

"We can't just sit here," I shook my head and started pacing the room. "She could be in trouble."

I started thinking the worst. Whoever wanted Kelly was willing to spend big money to get her. I felt sick to my stomach thinking about what they were going to do if they got their hands on her. Obviously it was nothing good, but at what extent will it be horribly awful?

Monique stormed back into the house with her phone pressed against her ear. She angrily snapped the door closed and walked past us.

"Are you out of your freaking mind, Ian?" She seethed into the phone. "Why the hell would you think telling her first would be a good idea." She glanced at Louis and I, ready to say something, but then Ian must have said something to only make her angrier. "This is Kelly, we're talking about! She's impulsive and she's going to do whatever it takes to make sure her brother and friends are safe, even if that means walking into a suicidal mission."

"What's going on?" I demanded. I was surprised by how stern and bossy I sounded. I never thought I would be placed in a situation like this, but now that I was, I wanted to take charge and help as much as I could, even if it meant getting hurt in the process. And honestly, I don't know if I would feel like this if it was anyone but Kelly in danger.

"Shh," Monique held up her finger. I sighed and looked back outside. How could Ryan act so civil around Mr. Tomlinson right now? "Whatever. Track her phone, call the airlines, I don't care. Make sure she has no way of getting to Ireland before we get to her."

"Ireland?"

"Shh!" Monique shushed me again causing me to roll my eyes. "Okay, bye."

"Tell me what the hell is going on," I growled.

Monique narrowed her eyes at me, "I can't do that."

"Is Agent Kelly okay?" The police officer, Brianna, asked nervously. I looked back at her and tilted my head. She really admired Kelly like a student would to a teacher and I couldn't help but feel proud that Kelly had that effect on someone.

Monique sighed, "Look, everyone just needs to stay here and take care of themselves. Kelly is about to do something extremely stupid to protect all of you and if that doesn't make you see what you're worth to her, then you don't deserve someone as great as her." She was looking directly at me when she spoke.

"What's she going to do?" Louis gulped.

Ryan and Mr. Tomlinson walked back inside and slid the door shut behind them. They smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and each wore a frown on their face. However, neither of them seemed to be as anxious as the rest of us.

"Ryan, you're coming with me. Robert, you're going to have to reschedule the contract signing because we're dropping you off." Monique explained.

"Where's my car?" Mr. Tomlinson asked.

"Your daughter took it," Monique clapped her hands. "We're running out of time. Let's go!"

Monique, Ryan, and Mr. Tomlinson shuffled out the door leaving us all with racing thoughts and nervous stomachs. My head snapped back to Louis, hoping he was thinking the same thing I was. There was no way that we could sit here on our ass when Kelly was out there, throwing herself in front of a loaded gun to end everything and keep Louis and I safe.
