"Alright y'all boys" I said clapping my hands to get my workers attentions. We were at my warehouse in Hialeah. Once I got everyone's attention I began to speak. They were all standing in a circle surrounding me.
"Okay, so as y'all know this is 'suppose' to be one of our biggest shipments outside of Pedro-" I stopped talking noticing the funny faces my workers were giving me.
Pedro is our only supplier but I plan on getting well connected elsewhere as well. Pedro been supplying me since I was about seventeen, he was a little skeptical about working with me but I gave him a proposition. It takes a 1000 grams to make a kilo. If I buy 20 kilos of coke that's $120,000 dollars, of course I know my workers, and I have loyal customers; therefore, I took a risk. I knew he would think 20 kilos was too much for me to be showing my worth, so I asked for 10 kilos, and I'll pay $6,000 for each kilo. Of course I would double it when it hit the streets. He was impressed, and wanted to see what I was about. My team sold 10 kilos a few days before the month was even over. Since then, he's been our supplier. The best of the best shit. "I know, I know but this here connect is from Cali, we going back to selling weed too. More money coming in, we all need money, right?" I asked raising my voice a little, with my left eyebrow raised while raising my arms up as if I was saying "wassup".
"Cause I know I do and so do y'all. They gone be here in the next ten, so Dashawn, I need you on the roof, everybody else in position. Since Tev not here to Ced gone take his place for today, alright?" Asking a rhetorical question, they don't have a say so anyway. Just wanted to give them the run down.
I turned towards Ced "alright, bra, you know the drill but since this my first time meeting ol dude, I don't know what to expect. So just be on point" I said, he nodded and clapped me up.
"You already know" he then pulled out his phone and walked off. I checked the time on my Cartier Watch, seeing that the shipment was gone be here any minute. Tev said he ran into some people that want to do business with us that's from Cali. They wanted to expand and so did we, so he took the opportunity that was given at hand. I didn't mind it because Tev smart. He not the confrontational type, he usually don't talk unless he has to. He hates being vocal, so if you catch him talking to much, something gotta be up.
