I wake up,slowly opening my eyes and getting use to the bright light.I look to my left to see Joey with his hands to his face ,sitting down.

Daniel -where am I

He looks up at me with big eyes 

Joey-your in the hospital,you have been in a comma for a month.

Daniel-what happened 

Joey-ummm well my e- I mean guy picked you slammed you onto a wall when you passed out and punched you hard in the head. But they are in jail now.

Daneil-what today!

Daneil-I missed your birthday, did you celebrate 

Joey-no ,I stayed here with you

Daneil-well, I will give you the best birthday ever once I get out of here.

Joey- and you are getting out of here tomorrow and going back to school in 3 more days

Joey-I will be right back am going to get some breakfast 

I node and he walks out the door a few minutes later some one else comes in.

Hope-I heard what happened and came as soon as possible 

Daneil-omg I haven't seen for so long ,how have you been.

Hope-rubbish now let's talk about you and your new boyfriend

It's the next day joey is in the bathroom taking a shower and me laying down on the bed.but then I get a call from a unknown number.

I need to stop this but I can't tell Joey.he can't be IN CONTROL.this won't be easy I need to stop what he is planning.do I tell the police.but with what proof.
