"a d-date?" jungkook gulped.
"yeah, but it's fine if you don't want to. if it feels rushed, I understand. you know what, just forget I ever asked." yoongi said, walking out of the room.
jungkook wanted to follow after him, but he felt paralyzed.
5 minutes later, jungkook heard a soft knock on his door.
"come in" he said.
the door swung open, revealing a disheveled yoongi.
"I'm sorry for walking out before you had a chance to answer, I'm dumb." yoongi said, sitting on the edge of jungkook's bed.
"hey, you're not dumb. if anything, I'm dumb for not answering right away. I stuttered like an idiot." jungkook replied, hiding his face in the pillow.
"it's fine, I rushed it anyway. I'm sorry"
"i would've said yes, by the way" jungkook mumbled.
"really?" yoongi asked.
"mhm. why would I pass that up?" jungkook answered, twisting a ring on his finger.
"i dunno. I suck" yoongi said.
jungkook scoffed, hitting him lightly on the shoulder.
"so, about that date. when and where?" jungkook asked.
"that's classified information" yoongi giggled and kissed jungkook's temple.
"I have to go, see you tomorrow"
