jungkook made his way to yoongi's room, his anxiety levels through the roof.
yoongi opened his door once jungkook knocked, letting him in. he was frowning.
"what's up, yoon?" jungkook asked, sitting next to him on the bed.
"we can't date anymore." yoongi blurted out.
jungkook's eyes went wide, tears already brimming his lower lid.
jungkook scooted away from him.
"do you not like me anymore?" jungkook asked quietly.
"no no of course i do. it's just causing a lot of problems within the group. namjoon and seokjin hyung broke up yesterday because being an idol while dating isn't ideal. and while i know we should be allowed to date, we just can't." yoongi explained.
"can i kiss you one last time?" jungkook asked shyly.
"of course." yoongi replied and leaned over to connect their lips.
jungkook placed his hand on yoongi's jaw, gently caressing his face as they kissed.
yoongi pulled away before it became much more, patting jungkook's leg.
jungkook sadly stood up and walked to the door. he turned his head to look at yoongi one more time before he left the room.
