3 months later

"Are you sure? I mean, we'll walk you home if he's too much," Cuddles asked once again, the other person rolling their golden eyes.

"Cuddles, I'm fine. We all know Lumpy can't be trusted alone. Plus, we're great friends. I don't mind. It's just more time hanging out," Flippy assured, straightening his hoodie.

"Ok, well, if you need us, just text," Cuddles smiled, patting his friend's shoulder. They bid eachother farewell, Cuddles returning to his friends, and Flippy to Lumpy.

Lumpy caught notice of the green bear approaching, and waved, not paying attention, and knocking his tools into himself.
"Oww..." he moaned, rubbing his shin. Flippy took a look, seeing the skin had a purplish mark.
"It'll be fine. Just a bruise. You won't die," Flippy joked, ruffling Lumpy's head fur. They both laughed, Flippy sitting on the back of the car.
"So, remind me again why you're doing this?" Flippy asked, watching Lumpy look through a manual.

"I'm trying to be a mechanic. This is my first client's car," Lumpy explained, Flippy rolling his eyes.

"When are you gonna try a job you're qualified to do?" Flippy groaned, watching Lumpy mess up already.

"Hey!" Lumpy yelled in a jokingly offended manner.

"Lumpy, that's the wrong size spanner!" Flippy warned, getting up to give him the right one, before deciding to remove the tyre himself. Then, he left Lumpy to add the new one himself, leaning against a tree and watching calmly.

Lumpy had finally finished, getting in the car to rest it. He'd been messing with the engine for a bit, but needed to test he'd done it right.

Once the car started, it let out this loud noise. Sounding like a... 'bang'. Lumpy sighed, realising he'd messed something up.
"Flippy, can you check where I went wrong?" Lumpy requested, holding his name in a pouty fashion. He looked over to where the bear was standing, key word being was. He'd vanished from sight. He got out of the car, now more worried for his friend than some stupid car. If Flippy had fled in fright, he would've screamed.
"Fli-" before he could finish, he felt someone shove him. He fell to his front, before rolling to his back. Someone knelt above him. What caught his eye was a necklace reflecting the moonlight. They were dog tags.
"Flip-" before he could get their name out, a paw covered his mouth. Flippy's face peeked from under the hood. His eyes were filled with malicious madness, and his mouth was curled into a sadistic smirk. Lumpy struggled, quick to realise this wasn't a joke. His pleas were muffled by the paw.

Then, Flippy's hand moved, both grabbing onto his left antler. Lumpy's ivory eyes teared up, as he tried to kick Flippy off. He couldn't. He knew what Flippy was planning to do. Gasping in a large breath, he growled, pushing forward, his wrists turning. Wave after wave of excruciating pain filled his head, his antler now upside-down, oozing a steady flow of crimson, staining his light blue coat.

Adrenaline fueling him, his hand found a rock, which he immediately smashed against Flippy's head. Despite what Flippy had just done, Lumpy still felt guilty for doing it. Flippy had never, and he meant never, done something so horrible. His antler was still in agony. He turned to Flippy, startled to see Flippy was only dazed. He'd gone full force, yet Flippy was left with only a small bit of skin scraped off his cheek.

Once Flippy began to rise to his feet, Lumpy shot off like a bullet, terrified of Flippy, the very bear he'd deemed harmless on several occasions.

Flippy groaned, holding his head. Whimpering, he noticed a scrape on his cheek, leaking small drops of scarlet. Something clicked in his mind.
"Lumpy! Are you o-" he was cut off when he noticed the 8ft moose was gone. He wasn't easy to miss. He hopped to his feet, scanning the area, despite his head spinning. He came to a decision. Text the others Lumpy was missing. (-group chat. Decided to give names ;)-)
FlipFlop: guys! Help! Can't find Lumpy!

P1nkCh1k: what!? How did you lose him?

FlipFlop: I really don't know. I blacked out, and woke up with a scrape on my face and a pounding headache.

Yellow_Skates: ok, stay calm. We're on our way.

Yellow_Skates: Everyone meet @ the car.

Flakez: ok

Bucked--Teeth: will do

P1nkCh1k: gotcha

XxFlowerGirlxX: on my way

Everyone met up at the car, Flippy in tears as he apologised repeatedly for not knowing where Lumpy was. Then, they began searching.
