"Can you please shut up for a second?" Rye moaned as he turned the volume up in his phone to absolute maximum. Voices coming down from the room, mostly Brooklyn's screams did not let him hear any of Blair's words. He became a member of the band about 3 years ago, however his friends were still able to surprise him by the amount of energy they all had. Sometimes, he found it annoying, but he knew he wouldn't change it for anything. Even though, they were a 5 piece for only a year, they had such a strong connection, they were like brothers for each other and he loved all of them. Even Brooklyn - the most annoying, however optimistic one.

"Yeah, okay. We'll meet you soon, don't worry. No, we won't be late. See you there" Rye replied, finally being able to have a proper conversation with his manager - Blair. After recording their first album - Mistaken EP, Roadtrip has grown so much that boys were easily recognisable on streets. They usually have the tendency to never be on time, but when they meet their fanbase, they can stay and talk with them forever.

"Guys, Blair wants to meet us in studio in an hour. He has some news and apparently it's quite important" he explained to the boys as he put down his phone to charge. He changed the topic of the previous conversation completely as now all the boys were curious about the important message Blair wanted to reveal. After a long hour of getting ready, boys finally got to the studio and managed to be only 10 minutes late. As they came in, they could see Blair waiting for them already.

"To be honest knowing you, I was sure I'll have to wait another 20 minutes" Blair laughed, accustomed to boys being late all the time. "But now, as everyone is here, I have some news." His face expression changing to a more serious one. "As you guys know, I'm not only your manager, I have some other lads I support as well. Considering that Harvey is quite popular right now, I'll have to fly around with him more often doing different bibs and bobs." He stopped for a moment, watching the boys' faces. "However, Roadtrip have grown up so much over the past few months that I am not able to leave you guys on your own for longer periods of time" he explained, as boys looked at each-other, not being sure where he's going with it.

"Does it mean you won't be our manager anymore?" Brooklyn asked nervously, almost as if he read minds of all the boys sitting next to him.

"Oh, of course not!' Blair responded, smiling a little as he saw all the Roadtrip boys breathing with reveal. "I'll still be your main manager, however I decided that I'll need a little help from outside" he explained, while getting out his phone and showing boys the post he created couple of weeks ago. "I am looking for the right person that would concentrate only on you guys and always be there in case of any emergency. Of course, they'll be on trial for the first couple of weeks to see how they are doing, but after that, I'm more than happy to leave them with you on your own" he said.

"Did you find anyone yet?" Andy - the oldest and probably the most organised of the group, asked, while still looking at the post.

"There are few people that I am considering, and I'm not going to lie, I have one that's my favourite, but I wanted to check it with you guys before I make the main decision, to make sure you're okay with it" he said, looking at the boys and trying to see how they feel about this idea.

All the boys looked at each other and after a moment he could hear Mikey saying, "I guess we're okay with it, you know what's the best for the band." All the boys nodded agreeing with the statement.

Blair smiled in response. He knew that boys would easily agree for it, as they already had some troubles in the past, and he wasn't able to help them because he was away. Support would be ideal in this situation. "I have to say, if everything goes as planned you may be quite surprised of who your new manager would be" he said, but seeing that boys weren't completely sure whether to be happy, he added "In a good way, of course"

The meeting continued for another 15 minutes while standard procedures, such as "In any serious situation you call me ASAP no matter what" were said. After that, boys headed off to their house, curious of who their new manager is going to be. But to know that, they'll have to wait another couple of days.
