As the calendar has finally shown 23rd of December, Belle jumped off her bed, overtaken by the Christmas vibe. Today was the last day she'll spend with the boys before Christmas and she couldn't stop herself but celebrate a little.
A simple, Christmas breakfast for everyone seemed like the best option.
This was therefore the reason why she was up at 7AM when others were still deep asleep. As the "Merry Christmas everyone" song was playing in the background, the girl was preparing an Egg Casserole with Pork and Spinach Pies - greeny one for Mikey as he was a vegetarian.
As the main part of the song started, Belle couldn't stop herself but dance a little. Usually she was a very mature girl but when it came to Christmas, it seemed like she was possessed by a 5 years old child. Therefore, she had her little dance off while mixing all the ingredients.
But what she didn't realise was that someone was observing her.
Ryan, known as an early bird woke up earlier today and as usual, decided to make himself toffee. However, as he came to the kitchen he saw a silhouette of a girl who was passionately preparing something. He slowly laid back on a door frame, watching Belle. The girl, still sure she's the only one awake, turned around to get something from the fridge. As she saw a figure of a person near her, she suddenly jumped, dropping an egg.
"Nice party you did yourself here" Rye laughed, getting a reprimand look from Belle for scaring her so much. She quickly took the paper towel to clean up the mess.
"Did I wake you up?" She asked after a while, realising she was probably a bit too loud.
"Oh no. I usually wake up early." The boy shrugged his arms, knowing it's not a full truth. He woke up, hearing the melody of the song. "What are you doing?" He added, sneakily looking behind her arm, trying to guess himself.
"Christmas breakfast for us all." Belle said, looking at all the mess she created, "I wanted it to be a surprise but someone had to wake up" she added, sticking her tongue out. "Hmm... but maybe, it's good that you did" she said after a while, smirking. "You can help me prepare it all now" she added with a huge smile, getting a loud moan from the boy.
"I think you'll do just fine without me" he said, really not in a mood to cook. But the girl just looked at him sweetly, trying to make puppy eyes to convince her friend. She underestimated the amount of time she'll need so without his help she definitely won't finish on time.
"Ryee" she whispered, grabbing his arm softly with her hand. "Pleaseeee, it's like a Christmas present" she begged, as her hand caressed his smooth skin on his arm. The boy just closed his eyes knowing he lost. The girl was cunning, playing the seductive game perfectly and he was falling for it hard. Before his thoughts travelled to a dangerous place, he sighed agreeing to help. "thank you" girl jumped with happiness, passing him the ingredients, enthusiastically dancing to the song like she did before.
However, little did she know that with Rye, everything will take much longer.
They started off pretty nice, both of getting on with their work. Rye, not being an extreme amazing cooker, asked the girl about some stuff from time to time. However, after about an hour, where everything was nearly ready, they got bored with waiting for the oven to roast their amazing dish. Rye impulsively decided to throw a random food item at Belle and that's how the real fight started.
