"I'm leaving because I broke the rules. I fell in love with Rye Beaumont."
Those words had been flying around Blair's head even hours after his conversation with the young girl. As much as he knew something is up between those two, he would never have thought the girl would tell him about it. He would never have thought she would be so sure of it either. Her words seemed to shock her more than they shocked him, it was probably the first time she said them out loud.
He expected himself to be mad about it all. To encourage her to leave, saying it'll mess up boys' career. That's what old Blair would do. But now, he somehow felt like it wouldn't be the best choice. As soon as he was coming back to memories of them two together, he felt that it would be something real - something that people should fight for.
Therefore, even though he was telling himself he's turning mad, he decided to speak with other boys about it. Everyone, except Rye. He couldn't force the girl to do her job - even though he said he'll be happy with them two working together while being in a relationship, her replies suggested it was something more than just his agreement. Therefore, he gave her formal documents she had to fill in to leave, saying he can't force her to stay. But this didn't mean he couldn't sneakily talk with his band, trying to come up with a plan to make it work again.
He gathered Andy, Brooke and Mikey together, having no idea where Jack was. "Belle wants to leave" he said, explaining everything. He didn't mention her love for Ryan yet, feeling like it's not something she wanted the boys to know.
"Are you telling us you want her to stay and be together with Rye?" Andy asked, completely shocked. His manager was turning crazy, but for the first time he loved the idea of it.
"I'm not forcing them to be together, I just want them both to speak before it all ends. Just to finish everything fairly" Blair said, trying to act as mature as he could. Which was quite hard, considering he was thinking of a way to sneakily get Belle and Rye to talk.
"Are you giving us a free hand? I think I have an idea." Mikey said, not revealing anything yet. The old man just nodded, being alright with anything that won't affect boys' career.

At the same time Irish boy was walking to the nearest park, ready to see Belle. The girl messaged him this morning, asking for a meet up, but he had no idea what she wanted. "Hey, Jackie boy, how are you doing?" Belle said, seeing the boy coming in her direction. She smiled a little, not sure whether Jack isn't mad at her. However, from the smile back that he gave her, she knew she can speak without fear. "Sorry for waking you up quite early, but I'm in the mood to finally sort my life out and that included speaking with you as well" she said, getting a surprised look from the boy. "I know that you felt left out and I'm sorry, but if you still want, I can explain you everything now"
"You don't have to if you don't want to" he replied quickly, quite embarrassed of his burst the other day. He didn't really feel happy that he was the last person to know everything, but it wasn't as bad as everyone thought it was.
"I do. I just want you to know that I trust you as much as I trust others" she said and after that she knew Jack wanted to hear it all. She could see it from his eyes, so she didn't hesitate, but started telling her story. "See, as soon as I came for my trial Rye spotted my attention, but I remembered well from what Blair told me on the interview that we can't be together. I'm the shy type of girl, I usually push boys back if they expect something more than being friends - I get nervous, I don't want to spend as much time with them to do not get attached" she said quite embarrassed. "Well, with Rye it was definitely something more than friends, but for the first time I wasn't scared to hang out with him as I still remembered Blair's words." She stopped, seeing that brown haired boy is listening.
